Staybridge Suites Baltimore - Inner Harbor by IHG

Excellent location in a beautiful historic building. Love that they kept small touches like the woodwork, mail slots and iron stairs. Room was spacious and well maintained. We had a suite with separate bedroom, only drawback was the A/C in this older building meant the living area was very cold and the bedroom was still very warm. Self serve breakfast was typical. Location was excellent for the aquarium, historic ship tours, harbor, local restaurants and shops. Not too loud at night like we have seen in other large city hotels.

Very clean and nice rooms. Front Desk staff were very helpful. I made a potentially expensive mistake and they fixed it for no cost. I would definitely go here again!

The hotel was older but clean. We had to move from the 5th floor because the AC was not working to the 1st floor and it was very, very loud. Also, flys would come into our room because of the lobby doors always opening

Good location for going to a concert at CFG bank arena and other local places. Easy to use valet parking. Room was a great size and very clean. The complimentary snacks in the evening were ok, breakfast was a bit better. Staff was courteous.

Staybridge Suites is a fairly well maintained older hotel, very close to the Inner Harbor and related attractions. Suite was clean and enormous, if a bit run down. Breakfast was good with a selection of hot and cold options and staff was very helpful.

Walking distance to the harbor Everything was great

The hotel is an easy two blocks from the inner harbor and .5 miles from the CFG arena. It felt safe to walk. The room was very clean and very spacious!!! Staff were extremely friendly and nice. Breakfast was good and there was a happy hour on Monday 5:30-7. We used valet parking that made the trip very comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Baltimore!

The room was huge and clean. Very quiet floor. I was very impressed. Valet was quick!

People next door were extra noisy most of the night. The staff weren't even aware and never quieted them down.

We had a great stay overall! Anna did wonderful with the breakfast! The AC was not working well in our room or the hallway. When told to the front they did not seem to care and said it was due to being on a higher floor. Floor 2 guest also complained about being too hot. Yet the lobby was very comfortably air conditioned. Our room would not go below 74°, which made it difficult to sleep. The room was clean, spacious, and beautiful. Would stay here again but would need a fan if it’s hot again.

Fantastic hotel: great location, spacious rooms with double sinks, double closets, full kitchen, great breakfast (real chobani yogurt and Driscoll strawberries!), friendly staff, nice sitting area. Only suggestions I have are could add magnifying mirrors and a few toiletries(q-tips, cotton balls, shower caps). Loved the historic details of the rooms and building (was the old chamber of commerce building). I would DEFINITELY stay there again!!

The property was clean but is dated. The breakfast is substantial with some hot selections. The efficiency is very convenient. The dated decor needed to be modernized.

I enjoy the whole history of the building. I love the friendliness , helpfulness of the staff. They were awesome. From valet to front desk to kitchen staff. They were heat. The cleanliness was exceptional. The location is more than awesome. The only downfall is the bed. It wasn’t comfortable.

not much some cabinet doors were off their hinges. the "pull out" was a single bed which is ridiculous. there are no roll aways. the breakfast was terrible.

Very convenient location! Walking distance to the inner harbor and the aquarium. Milk tea places and shake shack in 3 to 5 minutes walk. The reception lady, she is super helpful
