Rooms was very clean, staff was very nice and breakfast and parking was amazing.

Enjoyed the hotel

This is a very basic hotel with not a lot of extras but it was clean and the beds were very comfortable which is most important. It is off the 485 inner loop so not too far from the airport and you can avoid Interstate 77. The price was reasonable and the breakfast had a good variety of options.

Such a Great hotel right off the highway in a great walkable neighborhood. So clean and easy!

Hallway had a bad smell

The location was great..a clean nice area...looked upscale..the hotel itself was very nice...very bright clean modern...small 24\7 fitness room at the main lobby with an ice machine and water refill station just outside the fitness room which was adjacent to the elevators..very convenient...the included breakfast was generous and very good plus there are snack items near the front desk you can purchase...there's plenty of seating throughout the lobby...staff was pleasant, friendly and efficient....room was super clean...I walked on the floor barefoot and my feet were not dirty lol...I say this to emphasize the cleanliness of my room because the last hotel I stayed my feet were black from the floor so kudos to the Housekeeping staff at Tru Hilton. The only negative thing I have to say is I was unable to access the free wifi...you are supposed to use your last name and room number to access wifi and for whatever reason mine was not working.

Great location easy to get in and out of , parking spaces are a bit tight but overall great experience and the staff member who helped me when we checked in well 👍👍👍 your a Rockstar
