Breakfast buffet is one of the best around. Woke up to a cockroach crawling in one of our beds.

I've been staying at this hotel for a very long time and normally I have very good customer service and experience but this time they overbooked and had tons of cars and one of the customer service representative suggested that I park my car across the street at midnight I’ve been coming from my church function. The parking is horrible and unsafe and when ask for security escort, they could not provide one to me.

Great property, next to a large mall, tons of restaurants, right off the interstate.

The beds and bedding were comfortable, showers were hot and had great water pressure, the custom omelettes in the morning were delicious. Our room was not clean, the counter had not been wiped and had gooey dots in multiple spots. The bedroom blind was coming unglued. The lighting was abrasive in comparison to the location in Sacramento. It was a very different experience just two months apart in the same chain. This room also did not have a drinking water filter and seperate tap despite it being featured on an in room advertisement. Breakfast options were limited to only pork for the omelet, sausage and sausage patty. The vanilla yogurt was empty and had only nuts and dried cranberries as toppings instead of also having pumpkin seeds and fresh fruit like the Sacramento location. They had a lot of junk like chocolate syrup instead but I'm not sure what they were for. We also saw large bottles of syrup but nothing to put them on. Most disturbingly, the pool was trashed. I spent 15 minutes picking up food, wrappers, bottle kids, etc from the pool deck before I got in and used the skimmer to take a bunch of stuff out of the pool. The pool bottom also had a bunch of disintegrating wrappers. There were discarded bottles and a martini glass that I didn't touch. This was my second stay at an Element and I'm surprised at the vast differences between the two as they tout themselves as a wellness brand but we didn't see that same attention to detail in this location. The signature scent was missing, no mention was made to the amenities that make the location special like a wind down tea or happy hour, the bike available for use, etc.. I would not stay at this location again due to the cleanliness issues. The area is also under construction on multiple sides.

The newer hotel and our room was very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Free breakfast was provided and the offered made to order eggs. Decent price for our 1 night stay. Would stay here again.

Room was great, the staff very nice.

The staff were very friendly, however the room was kind of nasty. There were mystery stains and the shower had very obviously not been cleaned. I didn’t have time to alert the staff as I was very busy, so I’m not sure how accommodating they would have been. But I’ll post pictures. The pull out couch cushions looked gross. The shower floor had dirt or something mushed on it. It looked as though they changed the linens(hopefully) and left the room without doing any other cleaning. There also was no parking when we returned after dinner and we had to park elsewhere and walk to the hotel.

A couple of small improvements would make the experience even better. The room could use better lighting, and having an additional garbage can would have been helpful. Other than that, it was a great stay, and I would consider staying here again.

Everything was absolutely amazing. Bed and pillows comfortable etc as well. We got the studio with the kitchen stove and etc. Even got filtered water which I have never seen before in any hotels. Price was affordable and breakfest was amazing. Close to everything you need. Pool was great . This place is a must stay. We will definitely return here.... The only thing was the construction that was right next to it but it will be in a future sister hotel to this one so not a big deal tlreally ...
