Embassy Suites By Hilton Chattanooga Downtown

Was new but already rode hard. Rip in desk chair, sheets were very wrinkled Coffee wasn’t ready for Triathletes after telling us it would be.

Property and balcony was excellent. Parking is valet only for 30$; not terrible but not called out.

Beautiful! Walkable to so many places, great staff, beautiful rooms, wonderful breakfast on the 7th floor! Only wished they had a covered area when you arrive or leave for unloading and loading the car

Downsides for us was having to pay for valet because there is no hotel parking. They do a great job of course but it was still expensive especially when we hardly needed the car. They also didn't have free WiFi. The TV kept losing connection so sometimes the channels and/or app you were using would stop working. Overall a very comfortable stay and we don't regret it at all.

Exceptional

This place is centrally located to everything and is probably the nicest and cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in. The staff was super helpful and always asked if we needed anything when just passing by. I would recommend staying here 10/10 times. The only thing I was unware of was parking is not free and you had to essentially use the valet service, not a huge deal just would be nice to know before booking.

We also found the breakfast experience to be inconsistent with other Embassy Suites locations we have visited. For example, the Embassy Suites in Washington, D.C. offered excellent made-to-order omelets using freshly cracked eggs. At this location, the omelets appeared to be made from liquid eggs, which was a noticeable difference in quality.

This was one of the best properties I have stayed in a while. The staff was helpful and I really enjoyed the customer service from front desk to valet. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was excellent and the staff made the stay enjoyable. Embassy Suites is the way to go.

Everything was expecting the pool was just only like 5 ft( probably for kids) but everything was top tier

Location, cleanliness, friendly staff, happy hour Long line at happy hour with very LITTLE food/empty snack station. Long, long line 30 minutes + for breakfast omelettes. Messy breakfast areas around food

Very nice hotel

The air condition was excellent. The bathrooms were fine but if you have more power in the shower we can take quick showers. They gave me a dirty room. They didn’t clean the room and perhaps the gentleman at the front desk didn’t notice at least he could have asked if it was really ready.

My toilet was clogged, and management could not provide a plumber. The evening reception was poorly stocked with food and snacks. Despite paying a premium for a two-room suite, the second room lacked essential bedding like pillows, blankets, and sheets.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. I am very picky about where I lay my head, and this hotel met my standards. The room was nice and cozy. The staff was friendly, and the location was perfect. Not to mention, the indoor pool and buffet breakfast were a plus. This will definitely be my go-to if I am in Chattanooga again.
