Most things at this hotel were just as expected. Nothing fantastic, nothing horrible. The best thing about the hotel was that the room was quiet. No electronic buzzing, and nice thick walls. The location is convenient if you want to park and not drive during your stay.

The room was okay. Beds comfortable, but the bathroom had seen better days with peeling wallpaper and lots of wear.

Parking was 2 different prices depending which QR code you scanned on the lot next to the hotel. Downtown was very safe and clean. Very surprising and impressive.

The staff was very helpful and caring. The room was immaculate. We didn't go for the in house breakfast or bar because the downtown area had sufficient places for our hunger and thirst needs.

Ms. Monique was amazing at front desk, valet guys are awesome too

Downtown. Met our need to be close enough to walk to dining, etc. Clean rooms and good beds

We arrived late and were very cranky. I believe the young lady behind the counter was Alexis. She was absolutely incredible and patient. There was trouble with the system checking us in and she made sure we got to our room anyway. She also recommended us to go to a bar, sing it or wing it. We had so much fun and met the Chattanooga lookout baseball team! We’re from Canada and that was by far the best night we had in the USA! We will definitely come back to Chattanooga and stay at this hotel. The location was perfect and the staff were amazing. Even the next day, There were three or four staff members we interacted with, and they were very pleasant and helpful. I highly recommend getting the breakfast included.

Great location and lots to do with children nearby like the aquarium, kids museum, pinpall arcade and riverfront park. Many restaurants close by. Valet staff made parking super easy. Room was comfortable and clean. I was pleasantly surprised and would stay again.

Breakfast and parking were not included. Breakfast buffet was $20 per person and basically the same as most included continental breakfasts. Only parking on site is $25 valet.
