This was my first time in Chattanooga. The Marriott was an excellent hotel option. The staff was very courteous, the room was nice and clean, and there were good dining options. Overall, I enjoyed my weekend there.

Good location in downtown, easy access to freeways. Very few breakfast options. Paid parking. Beware of slippery floor in lobby.

My room door was broke for bathroom tv remote was sticking couldnt turn channel pull out sofa bed had stains on it and no sheets or comforter to go with it also when I arrived they gave me wrong room

Room was large, and comfortable for the most part. It got hot in the room at night, and I was unable to adjust the temperature. There was mold on the wall in back of the bottles of shampoo and conditioner, so I didn’t use those. None of the staff asked me if I was satisfied either my stay or if I needed anything. The friendliest and most helpful people were the valet staff who parked and retrieved my car for me.

Great location It needed updating and in need of maintenance. The sink had hot water only in the room my friend stayed in. I saw buckets used to catch water dripping from lights in the lobby.

Location! This property is in the heart of Chattanooga Downtown area. The property is well kept; bed was comfortable. I cannot think about something that I did not like about this hotel.
