When we booked we requested to have two queen bed rooms with connecting rooms but they didn’t have them available when we arrived.. we had to settle for a king room and 2 double beds then we had dirty towels in the king room. The experience was not the greatest and we paid $675 for 2 rooms and did not have what we asked for

The staff was very nice thru our long stay. We had an issue with the A/C not cooling down & maintenance came right up. She was very accommodating & the issue was promptly resolved. One of the elevators was constantly out of order which made for a long wait when it was busy on the weekends.

Convenient to my event. I was billed 3 times and being given the run around for resolution. I have spoken to five different people.

Location Toilet issue and outlet did not work in bathroom. Staff was alerted in the morning

Very clean and the staff was friendly. The only things I can think were an issue were the “whisper quiet” A/C was loud and the sliding door to the shower / toilet area didn’t shut all the way. Other than those it was a very nice stay.

Good area to stay in My A/C didn't work the first night I was there, but as soon as I complained (and they offered to send their worker up to check it out) it somehow started working within a few minutes??? Could just be a coincidence but who knows. My TV stopped working the 2nd night as well. Kept saying there was no internet but wouldn't let me reset the internet to try and get it to work. Had someone come up and he was very nice but he did everything I already did so I guess I was just SOL at that point. Tried it again in the morning and it still didn't work.
