Air conditioning didn’t work that well. Besides that everything was great.

This was an outdated hotel and the cleanliness was less than desirable. In the room, out toilet lid was broken. Asked for it to get fixed, never did. The A/C was also broken. Tried to lower to 68, never got below 73. Mirrors were dirty and the carpets are multiple stains. Not the best Marriott.

The stay was okay, the staff were very helpful and friendly, but the facilities need maintenance.

Location This hotel had 5 floors. The ice machines were out of order on every floor except 4th floor. It was really inconvenient to have to go all the way to the 4th floor when we needed ice. Also, I suffered a very bad cut on my foot due to shower stall having a very sharp piece of tile sticking up around the shower drain. This was not noticeable just by looking with your eye. Only until I stepped on it and my foot started bleeding did I know it was there.

Air conditioning was not cool as we had wanted however maintenance man gave us 2 fans

Property itself was just fine. First we had a long drive and arrived middle of the night and they made it seem like we should have called to tell them when we would arrive they had removed is from the system. The were able to reinstate the booking, but it seemed like it was a big deal. They kept saying things we should do. Online check in, download the app, check in before 2am, not use third party booking etc. it’s a hospitality industry and checks in was not hospitable. The room we booked was not available, had to ask for extra sheets and pillows for the trundle bed and they were “out of pillows”. On top of that the ac was not working properly we had no control over the room temperature and felt it was to hot, they provided a fan and it helped but we should be able to adjust temperature on the thermostat. There was a thermostat but it seemed to only stay at the same temperature and there was hardly any room circulation or fan speed. The bathroom had no exhaust fan.

The hotel itself is well-kept and the staff showed they care about guest experience. Overall a nice property, but our stay had a couple of hiccups worth mentioning. The room AC was not functioning properly and the room never cooled down comfortably. Housekeeping also missed stocking soap bars in the bathroom. To their credit, the hotel responded promptly when we raised the issues — staff came to check on the AC and provided fans to help. Management also offered 50% off our room rate as accommodation, which we appreciated. The hotel itself is well-kept and the staff showed they care about guest experience. If the AC situation gets resolved, this would be an easy recommendation. For now, just worth knowing if you're sensitive to room temperature — ask ahead and confirm your room is cooling properly before settling in.

The staff at this location was AMAZINGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGG... 😁 From the ladies at the front desk (day and night shift) to Ms. Que (Housekeeping) Mr. James Coleman(GM), Meka (Housekeeper on my floor), to the staff members in the breakfast area. .When I tell you these people went above and beyond, particularly Ms. Meka and Mr. James- they definitely have a heart for customer service and compassion. It felt wonderful to be in an establishment where every staff member that I encounter made me feel seen, and appreciated. This is truly a place where the staff left an impactful impression on me. The breakfast food was good and it is in an amazing location near great stores and plazas. CONS: Although the staff was amazing, the room that I had was another story. The headboard had visible stains on it. The sofa had visible stains on it, along with the light fixture. The carpet did have stains and appeared to not have had been cleaned in a while. The bathroom shower looked very dated. The APPs on the TV did not work. I informed the staff about it, but it was never fixed. The closet door was broke and off it's hinges, but I didn't know until it almost hit me in my head. The room was very "dated". I did ask for another room but due to the hotel been fully booked for the week, we were not able to switch. I made due with what we had and cleaned / disinfect what we could. However, I will not be returning this location. I was very disappointed .

The location They did not have the room type that I booked. The front desk clerk acted as though that was my fault that they were sold out of King rooms. She was huffing and puffing as she changed my room type to Queens. Upon entering, the thermostat in the room read 76° even though it was set to 65. I called to the front desk several times and got no answer so I decided to walk down there... mind you by this time it is almost 12:00 a.m. There was somebody at the desk... I'm assuming he just chose not to answer the phone. I made my complaint about the AC and he told me that it takes a while for the room to cool off. That was absolute BULL and I knew it when he said it. I asked for a fan. He didn't offer me one so guest recovery sucks. The washcloth had stains on it. There was a bobby pin in the bathroom floor. The next morning I asked for a washcloth and was told by the housekeeper that they didn't have any at the time. And then after all of this I asked for a late check out since I am a titanium member and was told no. After some back and forth the clerk only extended it 1 hour. And this is after I told her that I got no sleep because the room was so hot. Not sure how this property is passing the auditing process by Marriott. I have stayed in motels better than this

First and foremost, the staff were amazing, kind and truly helpful. The facility leaves a lot to be desired. The thermostat in our room never cooled below 73, even though it was set to 68. I tried to call the front desk and realized our phone did not work either. Tried ice makers on all floors and none of them worked. Breakfast was just ok…

Everything was good. breakfast was good with many options. When we needed anything staff was happy to help. rooms are clean and even under the furniture. a few things broken in the middle of are stay but was not a big deal for us and staff helped us when they can. only negative thing i could say is the pool area was very slippery and my kids where falling due to the tile floor. but no one hurt and i just keep then in pool. and i moved them out 1 by 1

Staff, location, breakfast, parking I needed to clean the room and bathroom to be comfortable. I wiped off all tables because I could see dried spots of whatever and the desk chair, wipes/rags were dirty. Hair on the shower floor and chunks of left over soap in the soap holder from a bar of soap. Dust residue on the couch. Furniture marked up, damaged, and very old. I've stayed in modern and new hotels in the area around the same price. I felt the room was overpriced and misrepresented.
