Location

Stuff was friendly and incredibly helpful. Clean room with a great view. Location couldn't be better. Perfect overall. I'm still smiling when thinking about my trip. Of course, I could say it was a little bit pricey, but it's just a world we are living in! So, no complaints

I like the location, it is walking distance to just about any and everything. The view right on the Chicago river was beautiful, the security was great felt very safe. The was very comfortable and relaxing. I didn’t like the price of valet and no microwave to warm food. Not sure if there was one available for to use outside the room.

An excellent property in a great location in Chicago. Walking distance to Michigan Ave., the Riverwalk, the Red line and lots of restaurants and bars. The hotel service was excellent from the check in to the restaurant staff to the bar service. Everyone was friendly and helpful. We'll be back!

Beautiful view , very comfortable bed Was very disappointed with the wait staff at dinner, she had a terrible attitude
-
It was in the heart of downtown & we felt very safe. The bartenders ignored me one night while they tended to other customers.
-
Excellent and helpful check in, excellent bar and restaurant. Room was clean and quiet. Location was fantastic right near the river walk, Michigan Ave and the red li e.

Love staying here.. when traveling to Chicago
-
The breakfast menu was genuinely great, and surprisingly quality meals. Surprising for a hotel, not the establishment or Hotel names itself. The hotel staff was friendly from the get-go. The waitresses/bartenders were respectful and very helpful. Will be coming back again.

The staff was exceptional. They went over and beyond being helpful with a family was too small children.
-
Clean well-designed rooms. Comfortable beds, excellent location.

Staff was great, beautiful location, lobby and bar was amazing.
-
They don’t do refunds just something to be aware of. I lost $400 bc my plans changed- even when I protected my stay and Hotels.com did not reimburse me either. Otherwise location is excellent- get a River view- it was a highlight of our 24-hour stay- bar drink are like $20 a piece just a heads up. They also charge a $30 fee for just being there in the hotel. Super close to Chicago theatre- 2 minute walk, which was amazing since we were going there.
-
No toiletries in the bathroom like shower caps, cotton swabs, etc.
-
Great location and bars on property.
