After getting to the room, the AC did not operate properly. Setting the AC to 72 produced a 60 degree room. Setting it to 90 - the same result. Shower: lukewarm water, and missing soap. The only item was shampoo. Bed: OK if you both like to end up in the middle. Bed sloped from both sides to a valley. Restaurant: Went at 10:00 for breakfast. Place looked like a bomb exploded. Dishes and dirty plates everywhere. No one to great us. One person working the entire place. Told us she was closed for at least 1/2 hour. One cook. We came back 45 minutes later and same thing. Went to speak to the hotel manager, and she was indifferent about the whole thing. Shuttlebus: Yes, and that worked well. Courteous driver.

the long check in could have been due to cancellation of flights that left stranded travelers scrambling for rooms overnight. However, the line at the front desk was 11 people deep at 1030p with only attendant. A second person finally came from the back 25mins into the wait. Overall 40mins to check in. The hotel is nice, close to airport AND has a tasty burger joint connected to the hotel. Room was clean, bed comfy, nice tv and strong shower water!. Would stay again.

Food was good. There was guy walking around all different times of the day and night coming from some bushes begging for cigarettes looking kinda creepy.

This Hotel was very good; the rooms were clean and comfortable. As for staff, there were some that were great and others that were not so great !!! Overall rating was a B+ !
