This hotel is one of the most unprofessionally ran hospitality based establishments that i have had the most terrible time arguing with staff and being discriminated against. The staff member work in the front desk the other day I tried to check in because I did that I was going to split second I've seen us she would claim we were on the do not rent list and you made that choice without actually even checking IDs to see if we were on that list or not she had also given us no explanation to why we were not allowed at the property and I believe this is a common problem for most people that go and try to stay as hotel if they're younger or if they dress a certain way

Location. Very out dated. Not really taken care of. The door to my room looked like it had been kicked in at one point and not fixed. There was one security lock on my door and it did not latch unless you lifted the door when closing. Every sound of the night outside sounded like it was in my room. Which doesn’t help with the drunk and drugged out “residents” of the hotel are yelling until 4 am. When I first arrived, I used the toilet. The seat was broken and almost through me off. Decided to take a shower prior to meeting friends out and the noise was so loud from out side I thought my windows were open. They weren’t, but I discovered that they did not have locks on them at all and could easily be opened. So, when I left to go out, I took everything with me as I do not think it would be there when I came back. The swimming pool advertised is empty and looks like a pit of trash. Needless to say. I went back to Wyoming early. Left after departing from my friends in Downtown Denver.

I don’t know how this place is still open, it is not maintained in the slightest. The front desk staff was friendly, however.

Thanks for the hospitality and accommodations in such short notice. Will definitely be back again.

Good for games and if you are looking for a cheap hotel.

Rooms were clean. Staff was amazingly helpful but because it’s an older hotel, it could definitely use an upgrade on some maintenance.

Great price in a great location with a great view of downtown Denver. Also pretty peaceful. Staff is helpful and kind.

It was like there was a crappy DJ running a bootleg nightclub out of his car behind the building from 9p to 1a.

Property not as shown in pics. Very rundown and in need of a lot of maintaince. Pool obviously hasn’t been in operation for a few years. “Breakfast” consisted of dry cereal, toast, and juice…the end. The AC only worked when it wanted to, the blower dryer has been ripped off the wall (staff was helpful in getting a replacement, but it should have been done before checkin), overall VERY run down and not maintained. Literally put an entire light fixture on the side wall to cover a hole. Shower counted mounted at such an angle that it wouldn’t stay closed.

ideal spot for a downtown experience

Point if your looking for motel hotel thats close to the stadium and close to Denver and close to the walking path with beautiful views from the highlands then this hotel motel isn't a bad choice.

Everybody has a different experience but I was just disappointed because I spent so much money there over the last month because I was living there with trying to find a place and staff that work there then was we're so helpful and upbeat now it's very much the opposite I'm treated like not worth anything and they want me out even though I always pay and I had a room booked just because they overslept a little bit and yeah so not good experience this time I must say they also put me as a barged into our room several times security with like with two hard knocks and then no swinging open the door threatening us to the police right 30 minutes but till check out and then we also had yeah threats of being told we couldn't stay there any longer because there were no rooms available but I looked it up and they're definitely were so be aware.

The staff was rude and unaccommodating. The buildins are old and dilapidated. I overslept one day for the 11am checkout and had mangers and security personnel open my room without permissions or announcing themselves. They told me that i can't book any room again the following day another room and that tomorrow the police would be coming to our room at 11am to remove us. This all started because I slept through my alarm and woke up at 11:20am. I've stayed at the hotel for a total of about 50ndays in this hotel in the last 6 months. My early experiences with staff a year ago. They wouldn't let me switch rooms. They told me they were booked up on weekly rentals and I got quoted on 1ndifferwntbahotes by by and I could see them somewhere to get started.

The rooms floors and linens were clean but the whole property is pretty run down and smelled kinda mildew-ey staff mistook our room for unoccupied and entered while we were trying to sleep, Theroom lacked basic amenities like the microwave plate, iron, ironing board cover, hair dryer, and the towels/linens are very thin and pretty uncomfortable. One of the two beds was lopsided and the springs were super noisy in the other. The ceiling in the bathroom was also leaking terribly. The pool was closed and they didn’t provide breakfast at the time they said they would so we didn’t get to eat. The walls are also VERY thin so definitely do not book if you are a light sleeper. As it’s right next to a fairly busy street.

The front desk and staff. Very welcoming. The location was near all of the places I wanted to visit. The door chain was broken off. There were a pair of fake eye lashes stuck to the lamp shade, the room needs to be updated. There was an office chair but no desk. The internet was fair.

sorry, but it needs a renovation
