Clean room, nice property, location is near Broncos stadium about 20 min walk. Near 16th St and many restaurants (mom & pop shops) very upscale area and felt safe walking day or night.

I’m truly sorry to see this hotel shut down. It was in such a great location. The clerk on the evening of Nov 6th was very professional, helpful and nice. (Sorry I don’t get her name).

staff was very nice when i had to change rooms three times-first room too noisy near hwy, second room had no heat and finally third room was perfect.

THE ROOM FELT NEGLETED, Never had the sheets changed despite asking twice, the towel rack partially fell off the wall. the door lock was very difficult to open and took repeated attempts. the only redeeming quality was the free breakfast and attentive kitchen staff.

Nice location. Room was excellent for the price, basically a small apartment. People in the reviews will complain that it’s dated or not “up to Marriott standard” but seriously, for the price, the room, and location it was amazing. Would stay again if in Denver.

Breakfast and front desk staff were nice. I didn’t realize this was a motel when I booked it and I didn’t know I had to pay $15 per night for parking.
