The hotel was disturbing, hallways and elevators were filthy, not in a good area and pictures that hotel.com shows for previews is NOTHING how your stay will be. Trash all in hallways and by elevators. Didn't get any other pictures went to our room and didnt end up staying there, weren't refunded our money.

Ghettooo people up alll night out in the parking lot. You can hear people thru walls. People banging and in walls and ceiling. I had an upstairs room. Tweakerville.

Terrible

Very cool motel! The view of the city is beautiful, it has a vintage vibe, and the area felt safe. There are also some very good restaurants within walking distance. I will say it could use some TLC but the location and view makeup for it. Staff was also kind and helpful.

Muy limpio, el personal fue muy amable, el desayuno muy bueno, solo que estan en construcción pero creo que despues de eso, estara excelente.

Lack of cleanliness: The room was not properly cleaned. I found trash on the bed and overall cleanliness did not meet basic standards. Bathroom hygiene and drainage problems: The bathroom was clogged and full of mosquitoes. In addition, the shower was also clogged, which made it difficult to use. Smoke exposure: People smoked outside my room (including cigarettes and other smoke). As a result, the room became filled with smoke during the first night, creating an unpleasant and unhealthy environment. Unresolved issues after relocation: The next day, I was moved to another room; however, it was still not completely clean, so the problems were not fully resolved.

Rough hotel in a rough location.

It has a good view of downtown from the parking lot.
-
The unit was damaged, dirty, uncomfortable, and the property was overall in bad condition.
-
Location is the best. The property is quite old and requires maintenance. The staff is good. Easy for public transportation. cleanliness The room was smelling. Elevator is old and requires maintenance.

I reserved a king and was given a double ….. no reduction in price or apologies from the staff….. it’s a nice place for the price just don’t expect much help from the staff. Keys randomly stop work and if you are in the h it’s a good walk to the front desk

It's decent for a short stay and it's nicely located.
-
very dirty place- inside and out
-
Walking distance to the city Building appears worn out, lifts have graffiti, large empty spaces on ground level.
-
spacious room, location is very good, easy public transportation, union station is near. staffs are well behaved. I stayed there for 6 days, there was no room service. After repeatedly asking for room service no one came.
-
Not too far from centre, the bed Incomplete bad quality breakfast, no fruit nor yogurt, lights in the room dont work and doors close in unsecure way. Reported and fixed wrongly on the day.
-
Booked my room months in advance and traveled by car with my wife from California, just to arrive and find that my reservation for 1 King Bed was replaced with 2 Double Beds because they "overbooked" themselves. Refused to even give me a partial refund or anything for their error. I can only imagine that some random person who booked at the last minute got my room while I (who prepared well in advance) got screwed over. Never stay here if you want to actually get what you pay for. A complete scam. Worst hotel I've ever been to. Also, right after writing this, I found out the bathroom door doesn't even close. They clearly replaced it with one too large for the frame...

I didn’t go or try the breakfast the staff was average but do take into account for how busy it was parking was decent for the area. My hotel room wasn’t the cleanest and I did find someone else’s hair lining my shower walls and curtains

I liked the friendly staff. I didn't like that my room wasn't cleaned without me telling the staff. I stayed for 8 days, but had to request cleaning twice to get a cleaned room once.
