I attempted to call the hotel several times prior to our stay and was placed on lengthy holds at a call center each time before being disconnected or hung up on each time. I finally gave up. For this reason alone, I would not stay at this property or brand again. I should be able to get a hold of the property I am staying at to ask questions.

The bathroom was spacious. Good water pressure for shower. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location is convenient near mall and other shops. Breakfast was enjoyable.

Room was clean and comfortable, staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast options were limited but tasted okay.

My room automatic door lock when closing door was not working, had to have it fixed with all my stuff in room while gone from hotel. Also, towels were not replaced in room from the morning cleaning. We had to wait a hour after notifying staff we needed towels, making us late to an event.
