Great location

A check-in we were not told that they were gonna turn off the power from 9 AM without any idea when it was going to be turned back on they said that they had pamphlets at the front desk and also on the wall in the elevator, but the pampas said residence didn’t say gas because people live there too. Any guest can assume it’s just for the residence. We had no power. I had to leave the hotel and go work outside of the hotel cause they didn’t have Wi-Fi in the room no electricity nothing I was sold out if I contacted the hotels.com I can get a refund.

The breakfast is great. Everything is clean the front desk, staff amazing valet parking. Amazing the cleaning people amazing honestly I have no complaints. I’m very happy with the entire experience.

They have been nothing but I’ve amazing for me. I’ve been here for a little bit over two weeks.

Place was clean and friendly. However there were issues I have noticed. One was the bathroom was small and the shower had a glass partition with no door. It didn't have a lip on the floor to separate it from the rest of the bathroom. So when you shower, all the water floods the floor. Also wets the toilet paper. The bed had springs, so it was a bit uncomfortable. They also fine you $50 if you don't bring your cart back right away or if you don't return your pool towel back to room. Drinks are expensive. Like $15 a cup at pool. Other than those things. It iwas fine. They do have valet which was nice.

Clean rooms friendly staff

Our room was clean and the staff was most helpful with any additional request, very friendly and warm. The breakfast could have had more variations daily but other than that it was good. I will definitely recommend staying at this hotel because its quite near Dolphin and Miami International Shopping Malls.

Very good hotel, clean rooms

Helpful and friendly staff, the breakfast was ok, but limited. The room felt more like an apartment and was cozy. They have everything you’d need to store and prepare your own meals, and do laundry. We didn’t get to use the pool on the roof, or the gym. The location was also ok. I’d consider staying there again if I were in the area because it was also very affordable.

The suite was attractively designed and spacious. The amenities were ideal for a vacation which included some meal times in house. The pool was clean and often quiet and ideal for private swims. The complimentary breakfast was great value and well thought out, there were the basics each day like eggs, pancakes, cereal, salad, and cold cuts with variations on items to accompany the eggs daily. The housekeeping staff were excellent, but front desk staff weren't always friendly or super helpful. One exception was a young man who went above and beyond to assist. One downside of the room was the mattress was way too soft and sinking which is particularly difficult for anyone with mobility issues. Overall 9/10!
