I didnt like that the wifi was poor in the room

We had an amazing relaxing stay at the Hilton. Our room was clean, but the shower wasn’t as clean, but everything else was lovely. The pool was relaxing. The food was delicious and the staff was friendly. However, I did have to call the hotel because my son lost his spray ground backpack with a Tasmanian devil on the front of it. I did try to contact the hotel but I got no answer.

We’ve used this hotel before because it’s close to the Dolphin Mall, cruise port because we were cruising and the airport.

The was welcoming, arrived early (3)pm checked in and took a dip in the nice pool. The was very clean, spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Would stay here again.

We were allocated a spacious and clean room on the 4th floor with all the amenities you would expect. Just a short walk from the Dolphin Mall made it the perfect location on this occasion. The breakfast was rather pricey for the relatively limited menu (buffet) but the staff tried their best to please. I tried asking for a late checkout but the latest they offered was midday, which surprised me as I was prepared to pay extra.

Staff is friendly, room is clean, bathroom is clean. Shampoo, body wash and lotion actually smell, feel and work like the brand that's listed on the label. Elevator has safety feature where room key card has to be swiped before elevator moves. This is an excellent safety feature.
