Location was PERFECT! Right off the riverwalk to enjoy a walk, fishing, cafes, bars or just a bench to read. A walk to the train. A walk to downtown. … looking forward to going back next summer.

After I left my initial review, management contacted me. Because I gave a 24-hour cancellation notice, I expected that at least two out of the three nights would be refunded. So far, I have received NOTHING. Not only do I strongly advise against staying here due to the poor condition of the hotel, but I am also incredibly disappointed by their dishonesty. I will continue to post an update on my experience every week until management actually follows through and responds to me.

The garage for parking is a dream for anyone who worries about hotel parking lots. It was clean, safe, and secure. Although a bit pricey, it was on par with the rest of the large chain hotels. The locations was near all the Main Street venues. I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Everything about our stay was excellent. They had covered parking for our Harley, the breakfasts were delicious and well-supplied and kept up. Housekeeping was efficient and personable, and front desk staff were all delightful.

The front desk Chris was and excellent customer service employee of the Holiday Inn Express and made the stay very relaxing and was accommodating with all her knowledge and experience. She made the entire experience amazing!!!

River front , walkable the bad thing was they had a lot of dust due to a construction in the Parking lot , also Expedia advertised for a free parking and they charged me a fee

The hotel is within walking distance of downtown. First time in Durango and we absolutely love the area!

This is a clean hotel, looks new or newly renovated. It is located on the river and within walking distance of the train and downtown. Our room was clean and quiet. Beds were comfortable but a little tall for me. They serve a nice breakfast daily. There is a pool, gym and ample parking. I would probably stay here again if in Durango. Only real complaint is it was expensive.

Hotel Being on the river & river walk was great. Comfortable bed , room was nice, patio in back of hotel was real nice and breakfast was good although I would like hot oatmeal. 10 minute easy walk to Main Ave made shopping easy. One small detail was our first night we arrived I asked for a quiet room but we were put in a room along the road (noisey). I went to the front desk for a new room the lady said none were available along the back of hotel. That was not the case as the lady the next day first thing in the morning (8am) moved us with no problem. Thank you for the accommodation.
