A fine place to stay Convenient to the highway, restaurants & clean

I called before booking to make sure swimming pool would be open they assured me it would be and that as we spoke it was getting cleared so no issues expected. Used pool for 45 minutes when checked in then it was closed today Friday asked about pool they said at 10 it would open it is not open with a sigh saying it is closed. They suggested going off property and paying $3 a person at a public pool. They stated it shouldn’t be too far. So now kids are bored had an emergency and had to book another day in hotel not knowing pool would be closed very disappointed and upset

There was rarely someone at the front desk, tho. However, the room had some maintenence issues. There was tiling in the bathroom that was very sloppily repaired; there was a big patch of peeled/missing paint on the walls; the interior of the closet was missing a panel or mirror or something. There was no hair dryer. I know the power outage was not your fault, but we did not get breakfast and that was a bummer.

This place is really run down and dirty, not sure why there’s so many high reviews… my wife got bit by fleas

The property needs to be updated. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The pool was a very nice temperature. Good coffee 24/7. Staff was nice. Was quiet. Believe the breakfast could have a longer time before it closes, A little more variety at breakfast. The coffee pot in room needed cleaning.

Breakfast Shower gross and bed was very uncomfortable

This is our go to hotel every time we are going to Wyoming. The staff, rooms, breakfast and hotel in general are wonderful and clean!

Run down hotel, dirty and area doesn’t feel very safe

Breakfast was great. Parking easy. We stay here when we travel to Wyoming because we know we'll get a quality, consistent stay.

One of the best hotel stays I have had in a long time. Comfy bed and pillows, an ac/heat unit that ran well and quietly, heated pool, nice breakfast, nice staff.

Nice updated or new hotel only down far was finding it as it’s located behind a gas station and you have to use their parking lot to access the hotel parking lot and there was no signage indicating the best western. Bed and rooms we comfortable. Breakfast was normal complimentary hotel breakfast. Never used pool, was hoping for a hot tub but there wasn’t one at this location.

Parking lot entrance was not marked with the Best Western sign, had to drive into a gas station parking lot to access the hotel entrance behind. Difficult to find that from the main road. The mattress is extremely firm, was difficult getting comfortable after a long drive.

The breakdast was enjoyable. There were so many things to choose from. I wish there were more choices with the muffins. There were only chocolate chip, and I prefer blueberry or banana nut muffins.

Me and my wife booked this hotel for one night just to get out of the house and relax and swim. We got to the hotel and the pool was dirty with hair floating in the pool. I fished all of it out with the net they had at the pool and there was a slimy film on top of the whole pool. Nothing was clean in the pool area. We couldn’t even swim if I could put photos on here I would do not recommend this hotel.

One of the main reasons we booked was to get into the pool. We heard ppl in the pool throughout the day. By the time we went to get into the pool it was disgusting and too still looking 😳. I had to go get the staff on duty and ask if their filter system working and if they would personally get into that water. Realistically, if they would or would not have I wasn't regardless, nor my kids who were absolutely bummed about the whole ordeal😡 They were even asking me what was in the water. Yea, very disappointed at that. The stay was fine but getting in the pool was a highlight of our trip that did not get to happen.
