A storm blew through and there was no electricity. The staffing was rude. Cleanliness could have been better.

We were just traveling through and stayed here now for the second time. Nice, clean rooms, no weird smells, updated.

I like the quite clean room and they accommodate me at the last minute Nothing

Bed was one of the most comfortable beds among the hotel chains. Rooms were clean, everyone quiet, didn’t hear other guests until morning. If I had to pick something, wish there was a free or flat rate buffet style breakfast. I didn’t know how to order, what they had, etc. so I didn’t eat there. I didn’t want to risk being late.

Yes. I reserved a King but got two Queens
-
Great stay only bad thing was the bed frame is better than the bed feet kept hitting it
-
The room was just what I hoped for and the bed and the bedding, amazing!!! Will stay here again!

The breakfast was not that good. We did not eat again at the restaurant, we went across the street to Perkins. The breakfast / bar area did not look welcoming or comfortable. The front desk staff could be more friendly. We did not know there was no continental breakfast. Only 1 of the 2 elevators were working. We were locked out of our room for several hours, we had to wait for the maintenance man to get there. He had to remove the door handle mechanism and put in a new one. It was really inconvenient. The front desk person seemed to not care. Some sort of compensation would have been appreciated and would have been good customer relations. There is no had soap in the bathroom. If you're a coffee drinker, the pots in the room only make 2 cups.

The hotel room was very nice and overall we enjoyed our stay. What I don’t appreciate is the housekeeping people waking us up on the last day. Check out is noon and we had the do not disturb sign outside the door but housekeeping knocked at 9:15 and woke us up. I told the man we are staying until checkout. Yet he came back a little after 11 and knocked again. There should be better coordination so housekeeping knows when a person has left or at the very least, honor the do not disturb sign until checkout.

It was clean and the staff were super friendly There wasn’t a hot tub

My key card had to be reprogrammed every single day. It was frustrating having to go to the front desk 5 times for this with no explanation from the employees. Couldn't get assistance to hook up my Xbox to the TV. Dead bug in window sill upon arrival.

The room was clean. That's about it. We booked 2 queen beds, we got 2 queen frames with full size mattresses on them. The restaurant was out of about half the menu and what they did have tasted microwaved. People were running up and down the halls banging on doors all night and when I told the front desk, the response was "oh, that's every night". The lobby was insanely loud and people getting drunk to the point they were vomiting on the sidewalk outside. By far, the worst hotel stay I have EVER had and the staff couldn't have cared less. This hotel gives the Marriott brand a bad name.
