The only thing good, was the location. The breakfast area, well it wasn’t really one. Just basically a cheap coffee area. The smoke detector was covered up, so that means someone definitely smoked in the room prior to use checking in, and also means it wasn’t thoroughly cleaned. I Front seat was supposed to bring me an iron and she never did. Also the walls are supper thin, we can hear the next room having a conversation and other things.

Great place for price. The keycard mechanism did not work and never locked.

The front desk lady was super helpful and explained what had happened, unlike the previous hotel we had booked a room with that turned us away w/o explanation. Would absolutely stay again

Got there a day after tornadoes moved through the area. There was no power at the motel but the staff was friendly and helpful and even offered us bottled water. In the morning when the power was back on I was able to see how clean and “fresh” the room was.

The rooms were clean and bathroom was clean. The owner is really cool.

The lady who checked me in was so sweet and it was quick. However, the room was just very dirty. Floor wasn't swept or mopped. Maybe in months. Spider webs in the corner, behind the beds and the bottom of the mattresses was gross. Definitely needs upgrades and new housekeeping staff. But, the property itself was clean and quiet.

Stayed for several days. Room ok, bedding fresh and clean. TV no signal until the day we checked out, must have been a fluke! Had our phones anyway so it didn't matter much. Staff pleasant and accommodating. Not a bad stay!

Unfortunately, my most recent experience was impacted by an unexpected and deeply personal situation. I had a death in the family and was unable to make my scheduled reservation. While I understand that policies are in place for a reason, the lack of flexibility or compassion shown in this circumstance was disappointing. Situations involving loss are not planned, and a bit of understanding can go a long way in building lasting customer relationships. It was especially disheartening to lose not only the reservation cost due to the non-refundable policy, but also the opportunity to attend a long-anticipated Notre Dame concert Luke Combs

Pictures were somewhat deceiving to the actual room itself
