Fun location. An old school hotel with nostalgia. Don't expect modern amenities. The bedroom setup is interesting with a stand-alone toilet but the sink and shower in the living area. Window AC units, worked well but the room did get warm overnight despite it being a relatively cool evening. Bed was comfortable and the shower was HOT. We were on 2nd floor right above the corner bar but didn't hear much. Both bars were bumping when we returned to the hotel between 1-2 a.m. I would definitely stay here again.

Stayed here MANY times in the past 15 years, very centrally located in Flagstaff (San Francisco & Aspen), easy to find day or night thanks to the huge sign on roof, vintage “charm” with plenty of history. Amenities are basic, but this is also a 100 year hotel!

Great location, comfortable bed. Unfortunately the room and service left a lot to be desired. The bathrooms were dirty with no toilet paper, staff were unfriendly and treated us like we were in the way. Would not recommend.

its an old quaint hotel. I stayed the night and the room had twin queen size beds. The bathroom was very tiny and the tile really needed cleaning and re-caulking. the air conditioner was a wall unit but worked for us. there was a tv we did not use either. no coffee pots or microwave either if that is important to one. The area it is in is quite fun and lots of real cool things to do, There are some haunted rooms also, Just about every room has been occupied at one time or another by a famous person. I would go again but only as a couple and not a family.

Great location with an awesome bar. Actually, 2 bars which get pretty loud at night. Staff is friendly.

Planned to stay one night but extended a night because the town was great and it allowed more time to explore GCNP. There are many quirky things about the rooms but I'll hand it to them for making a different kind of hotel experience! I'd stay here again.

Great location for walking to everything that downtown has to offer. However, our room was not clean. The sheets were dirty and the trash wan't emptied. We didn't stay and got a refund. Also, be aware that the karaoke from 9:30 PM to 2AM can be heard event over the loud window a/c unit. The Rendevouz bar on the street level is worth a stop though.

Loved our experience at this gorgeous historic hotel on our anniversary trip. Great good, bars and music within walking distance. And... friendly ghosts 👻😁

Just a quick one night stay. Staff were very helpful!

This is a unique, quirky hotel with great access to downtown Flagstaff.

It is a 100 year old hotel, with a vintage feel. Needs some work…. Desk clerks are not very friendly, but helpful if they feel like it. I listened to them laugh and criticize a guest that had just walked passed them. I arrived 20 minutes till check-in. Clerk had me and another guest wait until 3, then she nodded ok. Rooms are clean and housekeepers are friendly and helpful. It was nice being in Oldtown Flagstaff….

Nice older hotel in downtown. We played pool in the bar onsite. The room was small but functional, our room was a "haunted" one.

A small window air conditioning unit was what you had for temperature control. Had to keep it running to drown out the street noise. Don’t work all that great for temperature control. I’ve stayed here before on another floor/room that was the complete opposite. Was it because of Expedia room????

Not many amenities. Bets were comfortable. Bathroom sink would not drain at all. The air conditioner in the window was quite loud, but it did mute noise from downstairs and outside. downstairs staff was friendly, but not overly helpful. We had to park a couple of blocks away, walk to check-in, get a parking sticker for the parking lot. Walk back to our car, drive to the parking lot and then carry our bags in. try to avoid karaoke night, which is Thursday downstairs in the bar, and rooms on the third and fourth floor are quieter than the second.

    Great location, cozy room!

we stayed in room 402, I do not believe that the manager of the hotel has walked in to this room. the windows in booth rooms were facing east. and do not have curtains that can block the sun rise. they also do not block the spot light on the building down the street.

The place is quant but in the perfect spot downtown near everything in walking distance

Chose this property due to its location to downtown. Reviews weren’t the best but the pictures of the room worked for a one night stay.. got to the property and they have no parking available.. was told I have to park on the street with metered parking. Get to the room and it was very small, but that wasn’t a big deal. Set my bags on the bed and open the door that was in the room to find out it was a closet. These rooms have no bathrooms. The guy at the desk told me that it’s common restrooms and showers for these rooms even though the pictures when you book the room showed a shower and a bathroom in the room. He told me that the pictures online are deceiving and that I should’ve read the fine print. Who reads the fine print on our room when you check into a hotel, every hotel room has a bathroom. Went and had dinner then came back to watch TV and go to bed only to find out the TV does not work. The guy downstairs at the desk proceeds to tell me that the TVs never work because the remotes don’t know how to read the cable box. So now I’m in $150 a night room with no bathroom and no TV. Definitely will not stay there again.
