Check-in was quick and easy, and the beds were comfortable after a long day of driving and sightseeing. The complimentary bottled water was also a nice touch and much appreciated. Breakfast was included with our stay, which helped offset the cost, but it was fairly average. The biggest issue was that items were slow to be replenished, so there was quite a bit of waiting around for popular breakfast items to be restocked. This is also a very pet-friendly hotel. While many travelers will appreciate that, there were quite a few dogs on property during our stay, and we could hear barking in the morning. Overall, the hotel was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located. My only hesitation is the value. At nearly $300 per night, I expected a little more from what felt like a fairly standard hotel experience. Clean property, clean room, staff always kind and welcoming. Spacious room for family of 4 (studio with 2 queen beds and pullout sofabed). No complaints. This is our typical go-to hotel when we’re staying in Flagstaff

It is hard to find a pool that isn't too cold and a hot tub that isn't out of order, so we were beyond happy that both those were perfect.

Friendly staff This was the most rundown room I have ever paid nearly $400 for. The photos of the hotel are like a bait and switch. I wasn’t expecting anything fancy - we just needed a place to stay before our flight in the morning, but I was surprised by how rundown it was. Dings, gashes, missing paint on every surface, flimsy blankets on the beds, dirt on the walls and ceiling around the air vents, no grout between the tiles in the shower, faucet coming loose from the sink, incredibly harsh lighting. Dig and dust in corners. I wouldn’t blame the housekeeping staff - I’m sure they do the best they can - the place is just falling apart! Beyond the room, there were places on the ceiling where large sections of paint were peeling off the ceiling (looks like it was leaking). The pool was freezing cold, and upon check-in the make you check a box that says you acknowledge you’re in the entertainment district and it may be noisy at night (something that seems important to flag BEFORE a guest makes a reservation.
