Regal Inn - Chicago O'Hare Airport

Wifi was terribly SLOW. Like try to load the Google homepage and wait 30 seconds. The connection to the internet would also randomly drop way to often, then you'd have to reconnect. This is not acceptable for 2026. Unfortunately BAD WIFI alone drops their review from would have been 4 stars to 2 stars.

Friendly staff, clean room, and the thermostat they have in the rooms works great!

It was a disappointment from the picture and rating. It seemed seedy and was dark and gloomy and run down. Also when we were leaving around 2am the police were on the property putting a woman and her belongings in their patrol car.

Basic necessities sleep, bathe, storage room and the WiFi is decent

The staff was friendly. However, this was a disappointing experience. The rooms are not well maintained. Smells musty, doors broken etc.

I had a great stay here. The room was very clean, and the housekeeping staff would come and clean the room whenever needed. The air conditioning worked very well and kept the room comfortable at all times. Overall, this is a great place to stay, and I will definitely choose this hotel again on my future trips. Highly recommended!

Room was not clean and all furniture were heavily distressed. Especially the bath tub still had a lot of water in there. Whole property needs a buildup

Stayed Fri-Sun with my 14-year-old for a very popular weekend music festival nearby. Very nice and welcoming night staff and amazing CCTV setup on monitors in the lobby made us feel less anxious and safe. The room was decently clean with a fridge, microwave, and updated bath/shower combo. $275 was a fair price for a room less than 3 weeks before the festival weekend. Unfortunately, the property has some issues. The hallways smell heavily of mildew, and the indoor humidity made the bedding feel constantly damp. The Wi-Fi was highly unstable, the room phone was broken (possibly from bad weather the night before checking in), and the deadbolt was tough to lock. Worst of all, I found a crack pipe stashed inside the main AC vent. Having to explain that to my teenager was incredibly frustrating. Front desk staff apologized and removed it quickly, but offered no partial refund or compensation for the oversight. Make sure you do your own extensive room inspection if you stay here to avoid any issues.

this is a dingy motel along a busy street- not a place for pedestrians, cleanfreaks, or for anyone looking for a decent restaurant. The bed and bathroom were fine, though, and the front desk staff were helpful and friendly. Catch the 330 bus on Mannheim for a $2, 30-minute ride to O'Hare.

The staff was amazing and super helpful! The room was great, comfortable and spacious. I recommend!

Door to my room 104 needs replacing as it has big gaps where you can see daylight on the sides. Had to put up with lot of noise from woman talking on cell phone as she walked back and forth in front of my door. I told the front desk clerk and she had the woman stop doing that until she began making the same disturbance the next morning.

The shower knob was broken and I didn’t notice it til the last minute and when I went to turn it on it did not want to shut off again and then I sled for towels and tissue never received the refrigerator was not irking properly and they did not want to return my deposit because they said I was the cause of the water not turning off and on top of that I left my charger and my headphones and they did not want to return the items the front staff lady and her husband were working in their language hence I was trying to get my deposit me laughing working in their language

Very clean and house keeping daily. Easy checking in and out.

I struggle with even writing this because the staff was so friendly. But please be aware that the pictures provided are very outdated. The hotel themselves look to have aged 20 years since the pictures were taken. The bedding was not very comfortable and at times smelled like cigarette smoke. Outside of these issues the area was quiet and always had parking available.

For the price, it was an amazing stay. If you need a cheap place to stay before flying out or even before visiting the city, I would definitely stay here.

Comfortable beds. Quiet second floor room. Clean. Spacious for three of us. TV is good. Staff is there 24/7. Good overall for an inexpensive hotel. Issues: noisy bathroom fan. Shower made very loud humming/whistling sound. Smoke alarm broken. I'd stay again however.

Honestly this place would be great for someone who travels and just needs a place to sleep and shower and move on.

Nasty common areas. Overpriced. Best I can say is no bedbugs.

I will start by, when I checked in the first think out of the hostess mouth was NO VISITORS, first time I heard that from a hotel/motel. Second the door for the room is dirty, door and wood trim in the bathroom is disgusting, toilet seat is loose, tiles in the bathroom are cracked, carpet is torn and dirty.

Very dated..needs improvement..clean but even the curtains had moth holes in them. Water pressure from the shower wasn't great but it was hot.
