For the cost, this was an excellent option. Check-in was good, room was clean and comfortable.

They accommodated our last minute stay wonderfully, the staff is great, specially the receptionist at the front desk who was very helpful. The shuttle to the airport was swift and quick to get there, but the breakfast could use some more options.

Staff was helpful and kind. Hotel is outdated with stains on the carpets and smells musty but the bed was comfy and I slept good.

I had good impression on Quality Inn until I stayed here, very poor quality of rooms. Bathroom sink is non functional, water doesn't drain, and after complaining to staff, non one came and all 2 days had to use bath tub for sink related activitia like brush and wash hands, pathetic experience. Breakfast has very less options and if u go by 8.30am all breakfast items are empty and staff is non friendly to ask. So disappointed with Quality Inn. Never visiting this place again. One more marvel, I booked 3 rooms and other room had issue with main door. It won't lock when going out and by accident if it gets locked you cannot unlock. So unreal and when complained to staff he said hit it or break it.. seriously, my gosh.

The room was clean, but the whole property seemed very old with a new coat of paint to cover up things. The breakfast was almost inedible, some food was so old. For the price, not bad--but I might pay a little extra for a different place next time. Shuttle to the airport was smooth.

I had issue with the noise. There was a constant noise throughout the night that almost felt like a vibration in the room, making it difficult to sleep. My room was on the ground floor next to the parking lot, and people were talking outside until late at night. I called the front desk several times for assistance, but no one answered. The breakfast was very minimal, with limited options and not much variety. Overall, the room was okay, but the outdated condition of the property, noise issues and limited breakfast made this a disappointing stay.

Very clean, nice restaurant & bar. Advertised swimming pool but didn't have. Others than that, very nice property.I would absolutely stay there again.

Very old building with musky smell. The washroom are very old dated very low toilet.

Airport shuttle was perfect for our needs.

It is outdated. Need to refurbish. The toilet seat was worn out.
