really nice property in convenient location. The staff were really kind and helpful. The room was spacious and nice to stay in after a few weeks in regular hotel rooms. Would stay again!

Room was spacious, clean, & comfortable. Felt a little unsafe considering the group of people smoking pot at the edge of the parking lot. Parking was a nightmare. Couldn’t find a spot in the tiny parking lot (it’s impaired right now due to construction), were told to go about a quarter of a mile down the road into a neighboring facility’s parking lot. No luggage carts available. Found a spot on the way out and still had to pay the $15 parking fee which was pretty obnoxious considering the situation. Good hot breakfast.

NO parking spots, despite being charged $15 a day for parking. We were told to park next door. NO parking spots there either. We had to park across the street. They never offered to refund the parking fee.

During our visit the power had been disrupted around the entire town. Lights out! However, the staff did all they could to make guests feel comfortable and safe. They helped us and many other visitors by answering questions and providing recommendations in the tough situation. Once we got in our room, we were able to adjust until the power eventually returned and the remainder of our trip went well. We enjoyed our stay in the area and the hotel and staff definitely made the trip better.

I like everything except the shower. The shower head was not functioning well, and the water would not drain. Overall, it was a good place to stay.

The room was clean, cool, and comfortable. Close to town, stores, hiking. Breakfast was delicious and filling each morning. Parking was crowded because of the construction, but should resolve when that is complete.

Minor complaints like shower head was loose from the wall, bathroom door stuck and swung open too close to the toilet. Some confusion about getting trash in room emptied.

Our room was large with a full kitchen. The breakfast was delicious. Beautiful mountains, river close. Also lite firepower in courtyard. Really beautiful area. Glenspring, CO.

Great set up for family (3 adults plus two teens)— 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, sofa bed.

Clean rooms and quiet

Whilst we realised the property was fully booked, being Memorial weekend, our room on the ground floor looked out onto a closely planted fir tree. The wash basin barely reached a temperature to wash hands in so, shaving was not an option. Being busy, the breakfast area could not cope with the number of people trying to use the facility, this resulted in some eating in the outside area. The breakfast itself would have been adequate but each item ran out very quickly and one of the toasters did not work at all, resulting in a queue to use the slow working unit. The second day was slightly quieter but still the same chaos.

Clean and very family friendly. Pool/hot tub. Bbq area and large fire pit. Basketball court. Located by many amenities. And the view! Those were the highlights from our stay.
