Staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. The room was better than expected. Very clean, up-to-date stylish and very comfortable. Thank you for a great day.

Room was nice, except for a huge blob of hair grease on headboard. A housekeeper came to clean it right away. Need larger wastebaskets or at least 1 more. Swimming pool was great since the weather was very hot.

The room was filled with bugs and the staff did nothing about it but tell me it’s normal. They didn’t apologize or talk about cleaning better. They need to have the maids clean better if that’s going to happen and they are normal. The front desk was unhelpful and made me feel dumb for bringing it up instead of a customer is right type of mindset.

Stayed for a night. Pretty quick visit. Breakfast was good. We’d stay here again.

Floors were dirty. Our daughters feet were partially black after walking around the room, Breakfast staff was rude, used bar soap left in the bathroom, and the room had a damp smell to it.

Staff was doing their best, but they were clearly overwhelmed. Arrived at the room and the sheets had a couple of stains on them and the bathroom door was hanging off two hinges by only a screw. Requested extra pillows and was told I need to come to the front counter to get them. Came to the front counter about three hours later and then was told there were no extra pillows. At breakfast the waffle machine was empty, and the woman stated she was going to refill it. We waited 20 minutes because my son really wanted a waffle and we ended up leaving to buy breakfast somewhere else pool and Jacuzzi heater we’re out. All in all not a very good experience.

It was a great place to stay, it was extremely clean, a great use of space, and it was a high-quality place to stay, definitely worth it.

1st room they gave us, had someone staying in it. Once we got to our room, their were bugs all around the window and air conditioner. We got some spray and were gone. Room was definitely showing wear and tear. Would stay again, as they did try and remedy the programs.

I’m very disappointed with this stay! Room had no toilet paper, had to borrow some from another room. no amenities in room, such as shampoo, soap etc. bed was terribly uncomfortable. Hot tub was freezing, not working and every lounge chair was ripped or broken. Stayed 3 days and never brought coffee for coffee maker. Toilet never stopped running(day and night) I had to shut the bathroom door because it was loud and annoying. Then there was a full hotel of children which is normally fine, but not at 10:30 at night when they were running through the halls, yelling, slamming doors and knocking on peoples rooms. Had to call the front office due to noise at 11 pm! Stayed before and it was awesome, sad it’s went down hill this past year!

This was a good stop on the road i70. Good for my family. The place was clean and nice and quiet. The woman at the desk was really nice and informative. I would recommend this place to anyone who needs a place for the night.

Staff was wonderful, I think this was a remodel of an old hotel and it shows, but the staff was excellent. Breakfast was basic but enough to start your day. Parking was great and safe. Close to stores and 10 minutes from downtown shopping.

This was a last minute find on our way back to Denver from Utah. The first thing I saw when checking in was a notice about the pool and hot tub being cold because they just installed new heater. There were boxes around the hot tub and tiles were laying on the side of the pool. Okay I guess that's all understandable. Then we went up to the room, where we found tons of Elm bugs in the windows. The 1st person I talked to brushed me off and said there's nothing they can do about them. The next day I spoke with the manager and she let me know they do spray to get rid of them but it's not that effective. I noticed a few other things the night before, when we came back from dinner. The closet door handle in the master suite was broken and would come off when the door is being opened. Then I was trying to rest and watch a little T.V. but the remote control was broken! I paid an expensive rate to hopefully not have these things happen. I probably wouldn't stay here again unless it was the only hotel with rooms..

Excellent stay. Rooms clean, friendly staff, excellent breakfast options.

Other guests in hallway slamming doors and speaking loudly with doscontwnted children crying all through the night for a 2 night stay. First room to which we were assigned smelled worst than a dirty dog kennel. Lampshades in both rooms looked like a bad frat party had been in the room.

Overall a 10/10 and would definitely recommend staying at this property!

Nice stay over.

We checked in late at night and got a first floor room. It was very noisy at night and in the morning. Dogs barking, we could hear conversations, an alarm from another guest going off in the morning. Wasn’t our favorite.
