Had to request multiple times to have the room cleaned.

Great experience will be back again

This hotel was one of the better ones for not a bad price!I loved everything about it. Literally my new favorite!

Very helpful & detailed staff. Very clean & spaceous rooms for more than two. Generous & delicious breakfast. Good walking areas outside. Plenty of parking spaces.

Reserved a handicapped assessable room. None were available!!! We were upgraded to a premium room (we appreciated the effort to accommodate); however my wife was unable to shower and the toilet seat was very low. The staff was nice!!

The room was clean. The staff checked on us and left clean towels and wash cloths. The front desk reps were kind and attentive. Especially Ms C.C. Breakfast was good.

My experience was better than I’ve had in a long time at a hotel . Even though it was a one night stay it was nice. The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable. I will be back to stay longer!

Water pressure in shower was very weak. Toilet was low. Room did not get clean on my final day.

Service seems unhappy

I visit this area frequently and enjoy the stay each time. This property continues to exceed expectations with cleanliness, safety, comfort, and hospitality. And the food is amazing each and every time. The cook that was stationed in the omelet section provided excellent service so I'd like to commend him for outstanding customer service.

This location is okay to stay for a few nights. I was disappointed they need to upgrade this hotel. Our bathroom had mold on both sides of the sink. Sorry no pictures, I sprayed it without thinking. I always clean our room when traveling. Wiping down everything first. The curtains didn’t work, someone had to come up and close them. They were off track or hung wrong. I wondered when the last Time that they clean them. Mattress needed to be replaced. We will not revisit this location.

You have to pay for parking. Door to our room was hard to open and door slams after entering and exiting. Had to complain about hot water. Took a cold shower and wasn't happy.

Staff was nice and friendly.

The room / suite was large and comfortable. The bathroom was large and useable. A full breakfast was available and enjoyed.

The room was clean, staff helped with any questions and concerns, breakfast was very good especially the omelette station.

The housekeeper did not make the beds or restock the coffee in the room

Breakfast was very good, rooms were clean, location excellent to move around.

Definitely would recommend this Embassy location to friends
