Check in was easy, front desk people very cheerful and friendly. Stayed on 2nd floor, room very clean. Peaceful night sleep followed by an outstanding country gravy breakfast.

Staff were helpful and friendly. Beds comfy. Good location relative to our destination. Would have used pool, but ran out of time. First floor room had a musty smell and carpeting unpleasant underfoot. Bathroom very tight, but everything worked ok.

Breakfast I had reserved a walk-in shower but the previous guest extended his stay. So I had to take a room with a handicapped tub shower instead. The hotel needs more rollin walkin showers.

Clarion Pointe Harrisonburg, Va was a good value for cost. Breakfast was good and as expected. Staff at check in was awesome!! Room pulled in a lot of road noise but construction out front probably contributed. One issue in our room- shower water very hot and valve would not adjust it. Property was clean in public areas and our room. Good location for us. Would recommend based on expectation for cost. Ton of dining options in area too

The staff has been extremely helpful and the location is good with adequate parking. Though the general cleanliness has been very good, some extra attention to bathtub cleanliness is essential. Breakfast is also just fine, especially for a vegitarian.

Hotel was average, room was clean and bed was comfortable. Decent breakfast provided. Easy to park in a well lit lot, but there is quite a bit of construction all around the property, which is not far off of the exit of interstate. Quite a few choices of restaurants nearby.

I liked the location, it was close to many shops, restaurants, we had many options. and also close to sights. the hotel was comfortable. What I didn't like, my room smelled like mold. And my room was close to the exercise room, and a clueless person went to exercise Sunday before 7 a.m., with a high-volume TV and sang, I think the hotel could put up a warning so that people like that wouldn't make noises.
