Hyatt Regency Dulles International Airport

The property isn't well maintained. It was very difficult to turn off the shower so I called the front desk who sent a technician who used his strength to turn it off even though I said I can't do that

Was very clean with a lot of nice amenities. Very large, luxurious room, for a very fair price, in a great location.

The room was great. The hotel shuttle was horrible. We registered for the shuttle like requested the night before. While we were loading people’s luggage into shuttle they got to us and said it was full. We would have had to wait 30 minutes for next shuttle and the staff wasn’t very helpful. We ended up having to get an uber to get to the airport.

We were only there for a night didn’t use many amenities

The staff was friendly and professional. The bathroom in the room was renovated. I loved that pool was heated. Overall decent stay.

What a great place to recover after an international flight. From desk staff were exceptionally helpful, even calling the hotel shuttle driver to come back for us just after he had left the property. Than you!

This is the first time I charged restaurant meal to my room directly- I usually pay on spot. On my check out I noticed an additional dinner charge -someone else’s meal on my bill. Luckily I looked at my print out before departing.It was credited back with an apology. I highly recommend to pay for things directly and not charge it to the room . The food is excellent!!!

A very noisy A/C unit. That seems to be the weakness of most North American hotels. Pleasant and helpful staff. Satisfactory breakfast choices.

A short stay. The room was very well appointed and comfortable. I did not use any of the hotel's amenities or dining options.
