Intown Suites Extended Stay Houston - Westchase

I made a reservation here on Expedia when I got to the hotel to check in the rude hotel staff told me they don’t have a reservation for me and that Expedia does this all the time they didn’t have any rooms available and she was very, very rude I had to go to another hotel so they blamed it on Expedia

This property is quiet, safe, clean, and amazing location. The office staff was very helpful and always smiling and ready to assist me. There are tons of restaurants, gyms, coffee shops, and businesses nearby. I hope to return again very soon.

This hotel was trashy and elevator wasn’t working, wires were showing all over the place. Old looking rooms that claimed to be upgraded and supreme laughing out loud

That was nothing to like they ware in middle of doing repair posible mold problems cause of roof water damage

Close to all the major stores and restaurants

Noone is on property after 7pm then they will charge you if you’re not able to check in

The place is infested with bugs roaches.the staff didnt bother to take care of it.

I just don't like the fact that the bathroom and some part have been decay and roaches that comes out at night make it worse. I actually stay in room 237 but not sure about other rooms

I didnt like that i had no wifi to 3 days no hot water for 1 and i almost got stuck in the elevator for duringba power outage

Reserved this room because we evacuated from Louisiana and when we got their to check in front desk was very ignorant with us and said they didn’t have a room available for us so now we are stranded in Texas sleeping in vehicle.

I had to leave and there were some things i could not get that was in my room. I want a refund on my room charge.

Seems more like a low income residential housing....odd check in process. Would not recommend.

There were bugs all over our room. Didn’t have another room to give us. We I showed up they said they might not even have a room for us. Never gave us more towels. Bed was horrible

The only thing i liked was how nice the staff was when they refused to acknowledge my reservation and ended up booking the last room they had (the one i had reserved) to the gentleman in line in front of me. What i didn't like can be summed up by their non-adherance to their own policies as they had no right to give my room away if i arrived well before check in time ended.

Outside the property looked really nice. Inside was the problem. Bed was really hard. Smelled like paint in the room. The sink was loose. The shower handle came off. All the drawers were broken. Tv couldn't change the input.
