You just get the room. Everything else you must purchase. Pots pans dishes silverware. And there was a bug issue.

First, at 9:30pm when we checked in, there was no one working. I was not aware that this facility was unstaffed. I checked in using their kiosk that is connected to someone off-grounds. I did not love this, but we had already paid, and my family was ready to stop for the night. After getting the key, we went to our room, which was very plain and simple, which was fine. My daughter went to shower, and she saw a live orangish color bug above the shower, and there were ants on the floor. I immediately checked between the mattresses and the wall for bed bugs, but I didn’t see any clear signs. Then, I sat on the bed for a few minutes, and when I got up, I had a bug crawling on my shoulder. It was a bed bug! We immediately packed up. I went to the front desk, but it was closed down, and no staff was around. There was a line of people at the kiosk, and I was not sticking around as it was now after 10:30, and I needed to find a new hotel to stay in. I called the phone number for this hotel as we were leaving and explained the situation. The representative asked me why I didn’t come see her at the front desk! There was no one to see there! Then, she asked why I didn’t come to the kiosk. There was a line, and I didn’t really think they would want me standing there fuming and spreading the word about the bugs in our room. She said I would have to call in the morning for a refund. I have tried calling, and now, no one answers. Beware!

Don't hesitate to stay here. I live 2 miles from the hotel and I stayed at this hotel when I got out of the hospital the girls at the desk are great and the hotel is awesome. To me it is a 5 star hotel. Great price to.

The check in made me uncomfortable. There is no one at the front desk and you talk to a kiosk with an administrator located somewhere else in the world. The credit card machine was broken so I had to hold up my credit card for them to manually add in to the computer. I told the kiosk administrator that if there was a night manager on property I would be happy to pay with cash. He responded saying they are cashless. The moment I got my room key and was able to get into the lobby and there was an employee behind the front desk. That entire experience felt super shady and I called my credit card company and ordered a new card and number just to be safe. Again, great stopping point for my roadtrip, it was clean, well lit, and safe, but just be aware of the check-in process.

The location and price. The staff initially charged me too much, then supposedly not enough-it just handled properly!

Great location. Close to the mall, restaurants, interstate. Safe location with security on site. Rooms come with microwave, stove, and refrigerator. Would recommend for long stays.

No hairdryer No ice machine Thin walls, floor above had noisey guests, sliding furniture around Bed comfy. Clean room, good AC Pet friendly
-
The check in process was awful. We had to wait in a small lobby area that had no AC and we had to wait for someone to come up and get us checked in. It took way too long and the person working didn't seem to know what they were doing. Just the uncomfortable hot wait in the lobby will keep us from coming back and recommending this to anyone

Only 2 people allowed on WiFi. Nobody at office after 11 pm. Really really clean. Worth the money.
-
No coffee pot in the room. The TV turned on but I could never get the stations on. If you want to get coffee from the office you have to wait till 9:00.

Would prefer someone at hotel during all hours

How bright the room got when the sun came up

The hotel was very nice and clean. Check in in was very simple and the front desk gal was very friendly and helpful. The biggest negatives are the lack of amenities and comfort items. There are no disposable utensils, coffee, or supplies of any kind in the room or lobby. Hair dryer you have to get from front desk which isn’t the biggest deal, but for being $100 a night you would kind of expect certain amenities to be included. Only negative about the room was that there was a giant sticky mess on the ground “hidden” by the side chair and no coffee maker.

There was no one at the front desk for a long time at check in. Fridgerator was dirty and they canceled my room, which I thought I could pay for when I got there so that may have been my fault.

Overall, stay was pleasant. Rooms were clean, they had laundry on site (cost $7.25 for one load to wash/dry), and pets were allowed. No one is at from desk from 10 pm to 8 am (have to use kiosk in entry way to check in). There was vomit left in front of entry doors over night so they may want to have at least one person on site to handle things like that.
