The Adventure Hotel by the parks

The room was mostly clean but the tub wasn’t overall 7/10 for cleanliness. Staff was very helpful with anything needed. Breakfast was 7/10 wasn’t the best but was good enough for you to have a good healthy breakfast. There wasn’t a kitchen but they did have coffee in the lobby all day.

Stinks. Outdated pool. Fence to most dont matter but its rusty. Beds are yellowish. Elevators stinks. Electrical outlets are lose. Big no no! Lights in the outside at night in the entrance not working. Super dark. Would never ever stay here again.

Close to Disney.

Close to Magic Kingdom. Good Value It’s being renovated so kind of run down right now. And the smell of weed is strong.

I really enjoyed my stay here! The room was really clean the staff was exceptionally nice and helpful. Wi-Fi was great and the breakfast was great. Nice hote... Very affordable for families, plenty of room. They are however in the middle of renovation but it doesn't stop anything happening there, so.... Definitely book your stay here!

First, I want to recognize the staff. Every employee we encountered was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout our 8-night stay. They were the best part of our experience. Unfortunately, the hotel itself was disappointing. Our room key stopped working almost every night, requiring repeated trips to the front desk for reprogramming after long days at the parks. There was visible mold on the curtains and walls, dirty floors throughout much of the property, rust on fixtures, and several areas that appeared to have received quick paint touch-ups rather than proper repairs. We also experienced a complete loss of power in the bathroom. The laundry equipment was out of service, and staff were unable to get it working, forcing us to use facilities at a neighboring hotel. The pool area raised safety concerns. Construction cranes were parked inside the pool area and over the hot tub. The hot tub was not heated, and both the pool and hot tub water appeared cloudy. Had a refund not taken several days to process, we likely would have moved to another hotel. While I hope the renovations improve the property, I would not choose to stay here again. That said, the staff were exceptional and deserve recognition for their efforts.

The only thing I had a problem with was the traffic and that is no fault to them. Everything was nice, clean and they were very helpful. We would stay again.

I really loved my stay. Incredibly personable front desk staff. I had an issue with the TV (total user error) and they came promptly and didn't laugh at me lol. My only issue was the shower didn't get hot, it was mostly lukewarm but that was probably user error too. I was there for an interview (I'm a law student) and this hotel let me relax. I will stay there again

They were trying to give my brother a room with the bed having blood stains on it. The chair had booty juice on it you could see the outline and also the lamp shade dirty with holes in it. This was terrible we had to get a new hotel to stay at and they refused to refund us the money worthless, I would not recommend especially if you have children.
