Zero public parking. You either valet or you pay to park blocks away. Amazing hotel and amenities though

Location and theme, staff Waaaay over priced for what you got. Pay over 400 and then have to pay to park. Room not very clean. Large sticky area on carpet that wife stepped in (all most pulled sock off). Towels was not restocked and towel holder on wall broken. 5 stars for valet guys

Good location close to the university. The forced $40 valet parking charge(to an external company) on top of an expensive room rate. Should be a cheaper parking rate for guests of the hotel. Food options in the hotel v limited and frankly food was very poor quality. We had to eat in as it was unexpectedly snowing outside.

It was so nice and quiet inside our room. We heard no one else. The staff is awesome! Also, very clean. I always enjoy my stay there.

Great location for access to the game. Shower floor was slick almost fell a few times. TV kept losing the signal. No tea options for the coffee maker.

Really nice! Loved the hotel! The hotel staff was great except for the two valet guys the first day. Pillows were too firm. The two valet guys that told me we would receive a text never sent it which caused a delay in our departure the next morning.

The hotel is a cool concept and really gets into the vibe of Rocky Top. However, for the price per night ($540!) I expected more. The showers were dirty, the window air unit was a total nightmare and whistled ALL NIGHT LONG to the point none of us slept. There was no water for sale at the desk, only coke and beer. The parking is a bit challenging, as you have to drive down an alley to get to the hotel and then do a 20pt turn to get into the check in area. I felt sorry for Valet because they had NO place to put the cars. Overall, it was fine - hence my 3 star rating - but prob won’t stay here again.

Location Parking was expensive and undisclosed we'd have to pay until arrival. Saloon was closed next door. Took half an hour to check out when we left. Had to pay for coffee. Beds were okay but expected more comfort with the price. Extra deposit was held but i was not informed when checking in. Basically each reason I selected this location was a disappointment and overpriced
