Me gusta llegar aquí por que es económico, está cerca de la strip y es un buen lugar para descansar

This is one of the most affordable hotels for business travelers attending an event nearby. The surroundings are nothing to brag about, yet I keep coming back here for convenience

Original room was on 2nd floor, difficult for me to use stairs. Then moved to handicap room on 1st floor. Parking was haphazard, catch as catch can.

Location Cleanliness. The rooms were full of Roaches.

Pool could’ve been cleaner. Other than that it was well worth it and it’s also close to the strip.

My room was awesome with a huge, comfy bed. Siegel's is located just a 3 minute walk from the strip and really great food spots including Bagelmania, Peppermill and Tacos el Gordo. Special shout out to the staff, particularly Tristan and Mr Handyman. Safety is a top concern for me as a solo female traveler. The building was left unlocked at night, despite reviews highlighting the broken door months ago. I barricaded my own door to feel safer. That said, it was always quiet at night, and I'd still recommend the place to most travelers.

It was clean and there were stores and restaurants within walking distance. Price was reasonable. Staff was nice. No elevators.

The location We arrived at the hotel at 11:00 PM after an almost 11-hour flight. I had informed the hotel in advance about our late arrival when paying for the reservation. To our surprise, everything was closed when we got there — the main entrance and the reception desk. We started panicking, thinking we might have to spend the night sleeping in our car in the parking lot. By some miracle, I noticed a man walking around the hotel property and we explained our situation to him. Thankfully, he had keys and let us inside. Unfortunately, another disappointment was waiting for us in the room. When we checked the beds, we were shocked — the bed sheets were dirty, with stains, including what appeared to be blood stains, as well as hair. It looked like someone had slept there before and the sheets had never been changed. After such a long flight, we were exhausted, and the whole situation was extremely stressful. We started looking for the man who had let us into the hotel. After some time, we found him outside and explained the situation with the beds. We asked if he could provide us with clean sheets. Thankfully, he helped us again — he gave us clean bedding, and we had to change the sheets ourselves late at night. The next morning, we went to reception and told them about everything that had happened. I asked why the bed sheets in our room had not been changed. The response was very disappointing: “the cleaners are new.” Additionally, we were informed that we had to pay a $100 deposit. Booking.com had not mentioned any additional deposit beforehand. Nevertheless, I paid it. I was told the deposit would be refunded within 5 days. Today, it has already been a week since we checked out, and I still have not received the refund. I will be contacting Booking.com regarding this issue. Overall, I do not recommend this place. I still cannot understand how such a situation could happen — whether it was simple negligence or intentional behavior toward customers.

Location. 3 mins to catholic church. 9 min to Pearl Theatre. I kept missing the turn into the Siegel Select as it was literally next to the Convention centre. Close to shopping and food stores. Plumbing went before I got there so we were not able to freshen up to get ready for the concert but thankfully, there was water after the concert so we were able to shower and use the toilet.

Location was within 30 minutes walk from things o the strip to check out. Great having some top food places nearby. Door didn't close properly, external doors not locked, pool closed, issues with plumbing including no water for a few hours. Not helpful staff though nice enough.

Excellent location for the convention centre and BagelMania next door is exceptional! The pool not being open in April would’ve been nice but was told out of season

Value and location. Large, clean room. Friendly staff. The front office closes pretty early. I had communicated with them prior that I would be arriving after hours, and this was approved. My flight was delayed, so I sent them a message through booking.com with my flight's updated arrival time. When I got there, the office and building were closed and locked. I sent a new message through booking.com and waited, but nothing happened. I looked up their phone number online and called, but no one answered and I had to leave a message. A while after leaving the message someone came into the office, saw me waiting outside, and got me registered. They explained that they got a message from booking.com but weren't told what time to expect me, so they closed. The air conditioner in the room was incredibly rattly and noisy. I had to choose between being kept awake by heat or the noise.
