Palace Station Hotel and Casino

Really enjoyed my stay. The atmosphere is relaxed and the staff is very friendly and responsive to requests. The breakfast is excellent. I was caught of guard on the rental of eminities such as the microwave and refrigerator. My medical condition requires refrigeration of my medication. The next visit will include the requests in the booking. I will return as I enjoyed stay at Palace Station the most.

Convenient location, free parking, helpful staff

Pool is small but is in immaculate shape . Staff Nikki and Brenda made our day . Restrooms at pool are ice cold and super clean. Mama china restaurant is outstanding . Loved the wing place in the food court. Steakhouse was ok. The whole place has been renovated since I saw it last and they nailed it . Amazing updated look but still has the classic Vegas charm.

I like the casino , I like the room but the thing that I could not bare inside the casino was the cigarette smoke it made me sick with a headache, I had to stop playing and go back to my room.

Great value, the restaurants are delicious and diverse, gambling here is fun. Rooms are specious and very clean.

Everything was upgraded, staff was very friendly and helpful. Food was very good. Would definitely recommend and return.

Old even after remodeling. Asked for King room early check in, no early check in , no king room. Queen room by the elevators

Game play was fun and engaging. Bartenders were great as well. 10/10 Will be back soon

Nice price

The breakfast at the Brass Fork was not so great, nor was the service (staff was not friendly). But the food and service at Lindo Michoacan was great. highly recommend it. Front desk staff was very nice.

Because I had been given a new credit card number, they made me pay my deposit again when I arrived, essentially double -charging me. Everyone at check in was having an argument with staff because we were all being forced to pay extra charges or lose our reservation and deposits. It really ruined my stay.

Had a great stay. Staff was very helpful. Have to lower overall rating because on my last full day there, had to tell the front desk when was house keeping going to clean my room. This was late in the day around 3pm. The housekeeping automated system was not helpful. Hope this was helpful.

I've cancel my stay for health issues but they could help me to cancel. I've not even open the door room and they charge me 2 nights

Great property love staying there

Had a room with 2 beds it was one of the worst beds I had yet in my room the coils were worn out bed sagged tossed and turned the whole night back pain all day the next day..I think I'm ruling this place out.

Free parking in the garage. The pool is great and the server there was very attentive and helpful! $5.99 burgers deal was amazing and tasty! Negatives: Smokey, but it did seem mostly contained to casino With four staying in our room, we had to round up extra towels which was a little frustrating Beds were not the best.

Kind staff

Staff was very helpful and courteous especially when we asked to be transferred to another non smoking room due to a strong smoke odor from the neighboring room. Would stay here again.
