Plaza Hotel & Casino

The casino is AMAZING! The hotel looks great, I’ve never had an issue here EXCEPT for this trip… There were long strands of hair strewn across the wall inside of the shower, pubic or armpit hairs (either way, DISGUSTING!) under the toilet seat and on the surrounding floor. I didn’t complain to front desk since the line at the desk was long when I dropped my key card in the box, & I had to hit the road! Nonetheless, I was disgusted, had to clean up someone else’s hair trimmings & paid full price when I could have stayed at a Motel 6 for a fraction of the cost and NOT had to clean up that nastiness. I’m disappointed and the cleanii in BV people need to spend the extra 2 minutes to sweep, disinfect & just all around do their job properly!

I asked for a trolley to take my luggage as the distance was huge and I had 3 items but said they could not provide trolley or trolley service. Really, if you expedia want to continue to sell this property why don’t you write that cleaning is not included and trolleys/trolley service not available? The hotel is very expensive for what it is especially to be a in a room for 2 without any cleaning/changes for 2 nights

Super awesome retro, Vegas throwback hotel. Feels like the Rat Pack is gonna come through the door. Well maintained, wonderful staff, great area—across the street from the Filmore! Couldn’t ask for better

I had an excellent stay and couldn’t be happier. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff was friendly, professional, and welcoming from check-in to check-out. The room was spacious and relaxing, making it easy to unwind after a long day. Everything met and exceeded my expectations. I felt comfortable, satisfied, and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

I didn’t like the sink, water didn’t run smoothly. Like if it was clogged

South tower has tiny, tiny bathroom and only one small mirror so it made getting ready difficult. More in room lighting needed. Nothing special but did the job overall.

The refrigerator didn't work

Great hotel. Can’t beat the price and one of the few hotels left in Vegas that offer free parking. Would definitely stay here again!
