Windsurfer Hotel

I would not recommend staying here. Floors were greasy, beds smelled, bathroom was constantly flooded. Bathroom sink filled up every time someone else in the other room would flush or use running water. After we came back from the beach, weed smell filled our room from neighbors. Worst place to stay. There were drunks below that were very loud. I have a 2 year old and a 2 month old that could not sleep during the night due to how loud they were. Our bathtub was completely disgusting. I gave my daughter a shower and paint from the tub was all in her hair.

Room was dirty as hell , dam staff was pleasant but lazy as hell. I could have made myself known & got all my money back but that will be my last time staying there

Parking was terrible but the room was overall clean and no bugs. Its outdated and older so if you looking for a newer property this isn't the place for you. There was a stove, full refrigerator, microwave and full coffee pit (not keruig) in the kitchen. We were on the 9th floor ocean view with balcony. Air worked really good. Right on the Grand strand so it's close to all attractions

Do not stay here, our room ceiling was cracking and leaking but they couldn’t move us to another room. After 12 hours of waiting for it to be addressed nothing happened but a towel laid on the ground from where the ceiling water was flooding. We were pretty much told “oh well” and deal with it. Needless to say we found a different hotel after the first day and demanded a full refund

Good location and view

Our key did not work most of the time!! Also the door was broken our whole stay. We were told we had to put the key in up and down really fast 10 times then push very hard on the door and it opens. Once inside the door was VERY hard to open to get out! Work order put on and never fixed! There are zero amenities! Not even a blow dryer! Oh wait… there was a small coffee pot but no coffee or filters no paper towel to get and make a filter. We went up to the Walmart and bought everything to make coffee in our room the next morning. Went to turn the pot on, it didn’t work! They brought up a new pot right away and that didn’t work. We had no power to any of the plugs on the kitchen. It’s a shame because it could be nice place with just a couple of added touches and perhaps a door that opened and closed properly!

Very nice hotel with superb views of the beach and nearby pier. This hotel was fun, family oriented, very safe and it had a real 80's feel to it which I definitely appreciated. Awesome staff very helpful in giving info on local attractions and how to get there. If I return to Myrtle Beach in the future, I will stay there again!

Room was very clean. The shower only working at half pressure….. the diverter that moves water from the bath tap to shower did not work very well ( Room 311).

Location was great Needs painting. Upgrade the elevator with air conditioning.
