Where it's at That the housekeeper really don't keep up with the room and clean and put them together the way they supposed to be they will lie and pull schemes and columns on you just for money but God sees everything ???

Nothing it was disgusting There’s crackheads and people who clearly “live” there. The property is filthy and there’s trash everywhere. The room I was given had clearly had the door locked in at one point based on the condition of the door and door frame. I ended up leaving an hour after I got there. I refuse to stay in that kind of environment where I have to fear for my safety as well as the dirty conditions that sorry excuse for a “hotel” has. Absolutely not.

You couldnt pay me to go back here even if the cockroaches were super friendly and offered to carry all my luggage to and from my car. The staff was extremely rude, unprofessional, and even thought it was funny when I explained that I was locked out all night bc their was no staff on duty. Instead of an apology she laughed in my face. I couldn't get back in my room bc no one was there to unlock it or give me another key. I'm a world traveler and I've stayed at hundreds of hotels all over the world. I even stayed in third world countries that had better trained staff. Case in point, The Sunburst Hotel scored negatively on every single satisfaction check list. DO NOT STAY! REMOVE LISTING

Nothing No parking and curtains didn’t even cover windows from outside smell terrible

NOTHING !!!! Horrible!! crack heads in and out! The front last lady going in the back with the crackheads. People room doors wide open with people in and out SHOWER DONT WORK, flys everywhere, tv don’t work

Absolutely nothing! The room was disgusting! The shower had hair, smelled like sewage, rusted drainage, bed sheets dirty and people outside playing loud music. Overpriced room for such a dirty room!!

NOTHING! It’s like pulling up to a trap house. People out side dealing drugs and doing drugs. The room had holes in the wall , bed broken and sitting on the floor. People setting outside their rooms getting high. Absolutely never again! Disgusting !

Cleanliness and drug use

Leaving 1st night i was there, there was a fight right outside my room. The next morning, someone knocked on my door trying to sell me drugs. The sheets, blankets and pillow cases were nasty, tv didnt work, sink got clogged while brushing my teeth. Seemed like there were a lot of people who actually lived there.

I liked the swiftness of the agent and how she helped me every time I needed her assistance,the location,and most of all,her kindness,thank you for a first time visit, I'll be sure to look you up soon I am a people person and love kindness,keep her, because she represented Sunburst Thanks again for a good night

Noghing They charge you $100 for deposit and they will never give it back to you. Booking.com also won’t help you saying it was a direct deposit and you need to call them.

No heat luke warm cold water no one on property stuck outside for while almost hour someone stole or missing items bags removed mixed clean wrong room then stuff missing problems started hired this new manager last few times blanket switched when cold rain very fin blankets

The pictures on ABNB are exceptional however the actual hotel is horrible! Check in go to room junk furniture in front of the room. Go inside the room is horrible. The extra room had bunks with NO mattresses and the room was nasty. The box spring cover was nasty, the floor nasty. Something stuck on the ceiling ??? Bathroom essential in a trash bag sitting on the bed??? For some reason. Had a person come out of the next room with a smoke pipe asking for a lighter. Bathroom was too small to use. Nothing like the photos on the website. We actually witnessed law enforcement come enter a room with drawn weapons to go in on a person. Also it is a no refund hotel so I lost $80 because I did not stay the night. Went somewhere else. ABNB you should check on these sites! I let them have the $80 maybe they can eventually do something with the hotel, it’s old but has mom and pop potential for a hotel. Horrible lesson horrible hotel! Nothing!! Was horrible

The lady at front desk was very friendly The room had a smell and looked nothing like the pictures definitely not a family environment
