It was wonderful. In spite of remodeling in progress,I think everyone went above and beyond. Antoine at the evening reception, was super helpful. Will definitely stay here again!

Good breakfast!

The property and rooms are dated, but they are in the process of remodeling common areas. Breakfast was good with lots of options and an omelette chief. The shuttle was helpful in dropping off on Broadway and 7th.

So this one’s kind of a hard review. As far as the location it’s on Broadway but at the very end, so very convenient with their free shuttle to go back-and-forth to downtown, but also quiet when you are done partying. As far as being well maintained and clean it is under a complete renovation right now, but there are definite things that could use a good wipe down and just overall be cleaner while they are renovating. Now I would give it a one star on the front desk help especially the lady who is the supervisor she is not welcoming. She is not friendly. She does absolutely nothing more than she has to. The water was out and we brought it to her attention and she said well when the 11 o’clock crew comes in I’ll let them know and it was only 7 PM so for four hours we did not have access to cold ice freshwater. There’s another younger gentleman that works down there. That is just extremely awkward and doesn’t know how to talk to people we asked him if they had a courtesy hold for luggage once we checked out and he was like well I don’t, but if you ask valet, they will just super weird answer to a question that could’ve been dealt with completely differently. The breakfast staff was very very nice especially there is an elderly lady and she just goes above and beyond taking your dishes immediately asking if there’s anything else she can help you with. There was complementary drinks in the evening that were served the gentleman who was serving. I thought the price was high.

Shuttle service was excellent

I was unaware when booking that the hotel was under construction. Lobby was blocked with various tarps. When riding the elevator you could see rubble covering some of the fixtures. Once you got off the elevator, you saw a room with a big chunk of the door missing. My room was clean and housekeeping did a good job. Front desk staff were not the friendliest.

The Embassy is a good choice. However, be aware they are under renovation and when we arrived they did not have a room for us and sent us over to the Hampton which was disgusting. They said hotels.com did not provide our contact info which is why they didn't let us know before we arrived and unpacked all our things. That is unacceptable. This caused us to miss the first two acts of our CMAfest concert at Nissan Stadium. Hilton & Hotel.com (Expedia) do better! Communication is key!

Front desk girl was suuuuuper rude to us the minute we walked it. (I was also a little grossed out by her dirty fingernails.) 😬Minutes later she was really nice to the next people. So weird. This hotel felt very dated and dark. The room was spacious but that’s about my only positive. Nit at all convenient. I was lured in by the Broadway address. But nothing interesting was within walking distance.,

Good location First of all I was not aware the hotel was under renovation and that should have been stated on the site. Several amenities were not available

I was hoping on the weekends the hammering and construction noise wouldn’t have started at 8am. The breakfast, happy hour and shuttle were awesome though!
