Nice location, but the smallest room I think I’ve ever seen. You could barely turn around in the bathroom, and little drawer space in the bedroom for clothes. The hotel felt overpriced given the space.

The 11 Howard suite at SoHo was huge for the price that we paid for. The suite has a modern design and perfect for big family. The location was also walking distance to subway stations. Thanks to the Howard team for our room upgrade and being helpful during our 3 nights stay. We appreciate it & looking forward to be at 11 Howard again on our next NYC trip! Nothing that I can think of.

Lovely quiet hotel in the heart of diwntown

The rooms are small, and there is virtually no wardrobe space. The air conditioning is very noisy. The rooms are not quiet; you can hear street noise through the windows, and they are not properly soundproofed. The bathroom ventilation does not work. The doors and walls have stained or peeling paint, and the cleanliness is questionable. The hotel is in need of renovation, both in the common areas and in the guest rooms.

The hotel has great staff and is in a great location right between SoHo and Little Italy. Wish the room had a fridge, but that’s the only complaint I have about the room. The bouncer at The Blonde was on some BS talking about $300 minimum bar tab, but other than those two things, my stay there was great.

Everyone at the Howard was amazing, friendly, and helpful! Very convenient spot right in SoHo. 10/10!

Excellent stay, but the air.conditioner is super loud and always turns on aj off 5-6 times in an hour to maintain temperature.

I feel like I hit the jackpot with 11 Howard. Amazing location, great team, best coffee I have had in a while, and the room though small had outstanding bedding and amenities
