Great location and staff were superb

Great location, spacious room, bathtub that I didn’t use, good price for my timing. Bed was a pull out sofa, difficult to navigate to the room over multiple sets of stairs… No amenities other than coffee which I didn’t try. Couldn’t make tiny tv work. No protected luggage storage space - just out in the open.

Affordability and Location Tv was broken, no coffee pot, no ironing board, wouldn't accommodate an early check in..

At bedtime, back at the hotel, when I looked closely at the bed for the first time, I realized that the sheet that's supposed to go under the blanket was actually over the blanket; and when I pulled the blanket open, I noticed that the bedsheet and pillow cases looked like someone had just used them to sleep in, and simply got up and straightened things out, unable to undo the stubborn wrinkles that were created in certain spots over a restless night. I bit my lip and thought, what the heck, this is kind of like getting under the blanket with a stranger, except with a time lag.

The location was perfect for walking to and from most Midtown Manhattan tourist sites, and also minimized the UBER fares to sites beyond normal walking distance. Its location on West 46th St (designated “Restaurant Row” by NYC) offers a myriad of eateries, nightclubs and cute bars). I understood that this property is a minimum cost lodging in one of the most expensive lodging cities in America. Thus, it offers only basic amenities. The room & bathroom are small but “enough”. The bed was comfy, climate control unit excellent, TV good. Towels good. On balance, a great way to save $$ if you don’t intend to hang out at the hotel. (But why would you do that, anyhow?)

An absolute filthy broken-down crackhead flop house. No towels. No toilet paper. Very dirty room. No closet. No hangers. Mix matched Salvation Army furniture. No curtains. Toilet didn’t flush.
-
Negative: no room service (cleaning, etc.) late check in, missing 2nd set of towels, no reaction until now (1 workday) to my email.

The place was 100% disgusting and hairs were everywhere. Gross! I had to stay because I had already reserved. The advertising is a total scam and the place smells like dried piss and a rats nest. The middle patio was always dirty with trash bags and a literal broken bed spring just leaning up against the wall. This place needs to get sued.

Minnie who works the front desk was helpful and pleasant.

Located in a run-down area. No washcloths in bathroom, towels were thin and worn; poor shower curtain. High toilet seat was nice. No chairs or places to hang clothes. No replacement available or provided for inoperative TV Roku unit. Uneven floor. No natural light from windows. No cups in room. No bottled water available on site. Staff was friendly and did their best.

The location is near restaurants and walkable to Broadway, Time Square, and other tourist spots. The room was quiet and safe. There is an attendant at the front door at all times. This location is priced well, because it is average and suitable. It is clean. The furniture is older or lower quality than what you would find at a brand hotel. I was still comfortable.

The room and location

Great location, quick walk to literally everything. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms are very outdated, steps are small and uneven. The BIGGEST complaint is the wifi, it would work for 5 minutes then be out for hours, therefore the TV didnt work either. Room was clean but definitely had lots of cosmetic issues.

Not one thing walked in the door was shocked how disgusting the place was they had bags of trash and mattresses thrown on top of the trash as they was spraying chemicals for bedbugs they proceeded to lie to me about it it’s not a regular hotel they converted a house into a hotel Everything was scummy there as soon as the uber pulled up out front to let us out I seen this scummy building with the address on the front door I’m like u got to be kidding me we we inside and immediately spelled bug chemicals and then I seen a lady spraying a bed in a ajoining room I asked if they had bugs she told me no I asked to see the room she said to wait she had to check to make sure it was ready then about 5 minutes later she took me to the back of the building into a outdoor walkway in this walkway was about 30 black trash bags overfilling with trash so many flies around it and 2 mattresses thrown on top of the debris I immediately felt uncomfortable and out of place my mom has copd and has trouble breathing so we took our belongings and waited on there front porch on our way out I seen 2 bedbugs climb up the wall we took our stuff and went out to wait indefinitely to get ahold of customer service for booking .com they told me I had to wait for the property manager to contact them after a hour still didn’t contact them we left and booked a different hotel through Priceline this was my first and only time using booking.com I paid extra for the insurance I need someone to contact me for refund because this is redicilous I spent almost $200 and didn’t not even enter the room they should not be in businessess lying to ppl the way they are do not stay at that hotel it’s 0 stars out of 10
