Minimal but high end muffins and bagels, coffee… Very pleasant woman serving the choices.

The staff was very helpful. Luggage storage was very convenient. Location was good. Room was fine. Complimentary continental breakfast had fresh baked muffins and bagels - delicious.

The employees were extremely nice and accommodating! We arrived several hours before check in and they had a room ready for us! They held our bags until our train left late at night and all the employees were very nice!!!

Great location with easy Subway access all around. The room was clean, quiet, and the AC was cold. The beds and pillows were a bit hard but we were to tired to care! This is a great property and a deal $.

It's a good hotel for a short stay, the staff is helpful, only one person in the front desk seems to have bad attitude. Room was very clean, and for NY was quite spacious, mattress and pillow are not very comfortable. It's a good area close to nice attractions. all in all, good choice for a tight budget and a short stay.

This was a great no frills hotel to stay, bed was comfortable, room was clean and location was easily accessible to most parts of the city
