Location It was disgusting. We were unable to shower because the shower was so filthy. The room was absolutely not cleaned prior to our stay. I will never return

The room was spacious enough. The beds were clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was good. Close to MSG. The bathroom looked outdated and had a lot of grime and mildew.

Good view from the room, and price was better than alternatives. Loud air conditioner that ramps up at times and woke me up. Most surfaces look dirty even when nominally clean. No tissues in the room, and soap was missing one day. You get what you pay for.

Great location, near Subway. We watched the NYC Knicks game with a crowd at the watch party right the r outside our window. We could hear all the street noise.

Super friendly staff, always helpful and nice. The location is excellent and the room was a great size for Manhattan (we had a double queen room). The hotel is a bit shabby. The furniture is old, scratched and starting to break down. The bathroom had a rusty ceiling and the carpet was ripped in many places.

Heater who greeted us was so rude I did not want to be helpful at all and did not want to cooperate We had a problem in our room. It got flooded. There was some blockage in the toilet causing water to overflow. It was very inconvenient having to pack and relocate onto another floor with two young children.
