Buena servicio y limpieza, el edificio necesita mantenimiento.

The room was clean and hotel was immaculate. Breakfast had really good options. Great area and my only complaint was the elevators took for ever and due to my husband having a bad knee was a lil stressful.

I stay at Hampton Inn so I know what to expect they're all pretty much the same. I think this one off is value for your money but I could have probably scored another hotel in the same area for similar rate. The reason I have qualms about this one is that when we first checked in late and tired only one of two elevators was working and it was a busy night so that was awkward. And all fairness it got fixed the next day went out of order again briefly but was running for most of our stay. Another problem was for some strange reason on a Saturday night are hot water failed. I found that out about an hour before I had to go to a scheduled event when I tried to take a shower. Now again the staff was amazing and a young man came right up and somehow fixed it miraculously from the room instead of having to go into the mechanicals. So that was very encouraging. But why did it happen? No one seems to know and I didn't inquire further. So that could have been a real problem if I had discovered that closer to one I had to leave the hotel. Finally the first morning Saturday morning the breakfast was fair. Really fair. The potatoes were really strange like cold hard leftover French fries. However the breakfast was excellent the next day. The only reason I'm so picky is because I stayed a lot of Hampton Inns and let me tell you the breakfast is usually tremendous. I'm finally the staff was amazing. They were all great and I really think that if service and responsiveness is what you also w

This is hands down one of my favorite hotels - and as my premium status attests, I stay at a lot of hotels! The less than stellar rating for this place doesn't make sense because between the price, location, incredible staff, larger than typical NYC sized rooms, and solid breakfast... I can't I'm staying anywhere else on my next NYC visit. This hotel is clean, safe and most importantly QUIET. I did not hear my neighbors or the street at all! Highly, unreservedly recommend!

Although our rooms had adequate a/c, the lobby was usually very warm. Additionally for 2 of the 3 days we were there, only one elevator was working and it creaked! Also the a/c in our room was very loud. Staff was friendly and helpful

The place was dirty, I had a cockroach in my room. I also have a picture of it. The water and the shower was not hot at all. I’m very unhappy.

Warm service

It was super hot in the lobby and the breakfast area and the halls outside the rooms. Only one elevator was working and we ended up having to use the stairs to the 7th floor due to the long wait. We did appreciate the friendly staff especially the lady working the breakfast each morning.

Close to Penn Station. Free breakfast. Elevator was out. Fan in bathroom was really loud. Dogs barking in neighbors room. Doors slamming all night.

Staff was so kind and helpful! Room was clean and as described. Thank you!

Everything as needed. Comfy bed and great pillows. Great breakfast. Wish there was a microwave in room. Noisy street but to be expected. Would stay again.
-
The A/C unit rattled and the fan created a racket throughout the day and night, but produced a comfortable temperature. There was no hot water in the room. Luke warm shower and sink were reported to the staff as well as the fan. Bed was great Room was spacious, clean and enjoyable. Staff were helpful. Lobby was comfortable and inviting. Location is great for attending our annual event.

Could hear the lift going up and down all night. Very noisey.

I had to extend my stay by two days, because a couple blocks from the hotel I tripped over uneven pavement and fell the wrong way which resulted in a fractured rib. They were able to keep me in the same room and promptly reset my door keys as each extension became effective. Especially kind, empathetic and helpful were Betsy, Melvin, Sharon, and Alethea!! Thanks so much for your service and to the housekeeper who tidied up when I requested.

Very helpful staff and incredibly well located hotel. We had a wonderful stay.

During my stay I was given a room that the bathroom floor had recently undergone tile replacement. The marble (poor choice for wet surface) floor tiles had not been cleaned after installation (had a white film of grout) on the surface...I discovered while exiting the shower and sliding accross the floor landing on my butt! They sent up a maintenance guy to clean the floors and offered me a 20% discount off my stay, and some stay points. The next morning the elevator broke down and I was stuck inside the elevator until the fire department was called and I was rescued 45 min later. I was told someone from Ritz management would contact me...I still have NOT been contacted. My sister stayed in another room and had to be relocated because the thermostat in the room was missing and the carpet was musty. Overall this hotel is in VERY BAD SHAPE!
