Only good if you want to get to an early flight next morning, otherwise avoid.

We had to change rooms because the A/C did not work. It took some convincing to get the front desk to do it. But after 45 minutes and a maintenance tech in the room at midnight they finally agreed.

Extremely convenient to the airport and the shuttle was great. Once we departed the shuttle, the driver gave clear instructions to get on the air train. I thought there was a complementary breakfast, I must have misread that.

The staff are very friendly and professional. At all times we felt safe and comfortable. Breakfast was enjoyed after checkout in the lobby as I finished up work before heading home. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Very helpful staff, stayed here bc close to JFK Airport. Only thing, their shuttle would not drop you off at your airline terminal, instead all were dropped off or picked up at only one location. Pretty far when lugging suitcases.
