Our room was clean & perfect for our 1-night stay in Ontario. We enjoyed our stay here and would return to this specific hotel due to the kindness of the staff & the cleanliness of the entire hotel, especially our room.

It was well cleaned, the staff was very helpful, the breakfast was great every day. It's in a great area, safe. Would stay here again. The only downfall was there weren't any carts to pack up our car on the day we left. There was remodeling going on &the workers were using the carts to move the pieces of furniture. My husband had to go back to our room 4 times & on the 3rd time, he had to use the stairs because he was told the elevator wasn't working. We know technically it isn't the hotels fault but the workers/movers were using the carts to move the new/old furniture. We have a baby so I couldn't of helped him bring down our stuff without leaving our baby alone. This caused for us to check out a little bit after the assigned time but the staff apologized & understood.

The outside was a bit sketchy. It isn't really the hotels fault, but the city and state who have let down the citizens. Homeless in the area, setting up camp near the parking lot.

The room was nice, breakfast was decent. Our stay was good, and the price was reasonable. We had hoped to stay a little longer, and we didn't have a chance to get in the pool or hot tub
