Photos do not depict the hotel. It’s in need of a major update. No clocks in the room, now power around the nightstand. Bathroom had poor lighting and no ventilation. We had to stick a Hager in the bathroom door to hold it open after showering so it would air out. Bed was actually comfortable.

We notified the front desk at checkout that our room had ants. We were told at that time, that maintenance was already aware of the problem and would work on a solution in the coming week.

The bad, gym has broken treadmill, 1 working 1 not. Hot water wasn’t working in the shower. Fire pit doesn’t work. Did I mention the cold showers? Verdict Stay at the Embassy instead, it’s worth the extra.

It was on my route, and reviews looked OK. But it's NOT as presented. On arrival, there was no one at the front desk for at least ten minutes. Seemed like Twilight Zone . Not cordial at all.room very small, odor, not clean. I wanted to leave but I prefer not driving freeways at night. Breakfast was ok.not great but the oatmeal was ok. Everything was sub-standard. I always read reviews and take the best rated. My reviews of hotels are normally 9 or 10. But this is 2, not zero, because the breakfast was OK. Do not stay here.

Another problem... Housekeeping. We asked for them to come clean the tub, pickup dirty towels and bring clean ones, and take the trash. They told us they would come at around 1:30 pm. No one had come and it was 5ish. The front desk reached out to them and they said they would still come. When the lady came...she refused to clean the tub and said it was time for her to go home. I liked the room...but not the service and DEFINITELY NOT the marijuana smell!

Everything was great. The staff was great. They even gave us complementary water and cookies. I love it there. I didn’t like that I have to go after tomorrow because my vacation time is going to an end

Located close to a Restaurant. Bathroom sink was not clean, faucet was still dirty. Have not received my security deposit to my bank account yet!

No. Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing stay. The bathroom was in poor condition and there was no extra toilet paper provided. The shower curtain did not properly contain the water, causing water to splash all over the bathroom floor while showering. Everything! They serve a free buffet style breakfast! They have a self serve waffle maker. Soft close toilet lid has become a creature comfort that I deeply appreciate. Sucks hearing your neighbors at 3 am!

Location The handicapped shower, the distance of the bed from the night stand, no outlet for my phone charge on the side I slept, the coffee maker was in a place with no outlet.

I don’t know how this hotel got such a high rating! It is absolutely disgusting and dirty inside the rooms!!! The furniture is filthy, stained , broken/worn down . The tub and fixtures are so old. The shampoo /conditioner bottle were dirty . I would never have stayed here by choice ( especially with kids) not knowing what we were walking into but we’re on the road it was late and had no choice once we got our stuff inside . The worst part is It smelled like wet dog so badly the entire time I could barely breath and I worried about my kids getting sick from staying there being so dirty! Dust/dirt built up in bathroom and behind furniture. The sofa was stained with huge dark spots and looked like it was from the 80s. I just don’t get it. It’s not good for anyone health. They also had people hanging out in the parking lot which was nerve wracking. They need a major update, new furniture and to DEEP CLEAN!!
