This is an old motel renovated to appear new. It’s okay if you’re a basic Days Inn, Quality Inn, Ramada Inn kind of traveler. No carpet in the rooms and the vinyl plank floor was filthy. Supposedly open for only four months but the towels were horribly thin. Had to ask for washcloths and the front desk clerk was irritated. Never saw a maid during our stay therefore never had coffee supplies refilled. Was told we had a signed but when opened in the middle of the night, no sheets, no pillows. One roll of toilet paper on the holder, no back up. Probably won’t ever book again. For $30 more you can stay at a good chain brand property. Oh….and they are quick to sell you a $12.99 breakfast. We took a chance on B & B and they failed.

The hallway need to replace the carpet ASAP smell cigarettes a lot. But definitely is the place I will come again, it’s recommended with clean rooms and very affordable price.

Based on other reviews I was excited for this stay, a newly renovated hotel that was budget friendly and close to Universal. While all those things remain true, I was highly dissatisfied with my stay. To begin, when I arrived in my original room, there was feces in the bottom of the shower. Yes, you read that right. I immediately went back to the front desk and was assigned a different room. After settling into my new room I searched high and low for the tv remote but it was no where to be found. I tried calling the front desk 4 times but Drury did not answer so back down to the lobby I had to go. I was told that they did not have remotes available and that they may be able to get me one the next morning, the morning of my checkout. That would do me no good. I asked if they could get me one from an unoccupied room and was told no. There was also another guest in the lobby needing a remote as well and turned away. I’m left to wonder do they have none at all on this property. The way everything was handled was not up to my expectations. I should have just asked for a refund and left after the first incident which was disgusting and so unsanitary. Exhaustion from driving in from out of town however got the best of me and I did not want to hassle with moving to a different property.

I was traveling with my 17 yr old daughter for a competition at the OCCC. I loved how close it was within walking distance to multiple options for great food. The hotel was very clean and all of the staff was welcoming and supportive. The breakfast offered was a decent price for a great spread of food. I felt safe and comfortable. The price for the hotel was fantastic for the level of cleanliness, comfortable beds, brand new facility. I highly recommend.
