Hotel Monreale Express International Drive Orlando

For the price, location and for just a place to stay it was great…we were doing park days everyday so just wanted somewhere close to everything and a place to rest.

It was nightmare. The room we checked in the room, the ceiling was leaking bad. The bed where my son is sleeping was soaked with water and created a puddle of water in the floor. They dont have phone inside the room we had to go down to the lobby to complain, no help came in the room. We had to go down 3 times to follow up and transfer us in other room. It took almost 2hrs to transfer us. It was past midnight already when they transferred us. It was horrible experience. On top of that their hotel policy to have cash deposit of $200 if you live in florida. I don’t recommend this hotel

This hotel was a great place for the price! Bed and room was clean and staff was helpful during check in. My only concern was the highway being quite loud in the night because we were RIGHT by it. Despite this, we would definitely stay again!

Staff was great! My only issue was with the shuttle, it only came once a day at 7am to Epcot (only) and the pick up back would be at 9pm also at Epcot … wasn’t a big deal since the Ubers weren’t that expensive, but it’s good to know.

The rooms are a bit worn down, especially the bathroom curtains and some of the furniture. The TV had poor signal, and I wasn’t able to connect it to the Wi-Fi for streaming. Also, the hotel is in front of the avenue so traffic will be heard from your room. Nevertheless, the room was clean, and the hotel has an excellent location for Universal with plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby. Overall, it’s a great value for the price if those other issues aren’t a priority for you.

Great place to stay. Great location for all the parks etc. Nice clean rooms with very good AC.

The room was clean. The staff were short and dismissive. The hotel was overall well maintained. The phone didn’t work. The tv didn’t work. The ice machines sporadically didn’t work.

Superb location, great on site amenities with super helpful staff who helped me correct a booking error on my part both quickly and efficiently. Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel was immacumate. My room was clean and smelled clean. I like that they dont keep coffemakers in the room i think that way the room stays cleaner. Also, is next door to Universal so most people stay here to sleep only and hop in one of the park shuttles. I apprecciated not having to pay for an inclusive breakfast, but they still offer a paid breakfast for those who most eat before they venture.

The worst experience ever! If you can -stay away from this place! The rooms are super dark. The room smells like cleaning supplies.

It was really nice place. It had great staff was there very quickly for All your needs. Really close to everything so able to walk to anything. The room was very clean. The breakfast was delicious it’s a must try. Over all an amazing place to stay while visiting Orlando.

Excellent service and facilities.

Good prices and good location, but the room wasn't clean at all. We found hair in our bed upon arrival. That wasn't a big deal, but we kept finding hairs all over the sink, bathtub and table. On our second day we found a nail in our sheets. We were next to the elevator and it was loud. We could hear everyone and barely had any good sleep.
