Breeze into one of the Universal parks up to an hour earlier than regular guests with Early Park Admission* (valid theme park admission required; select attractions). Standard rooms include a 43-inch flat-screen TV and a small refrigerator. Two-bedroom suites feature two 43-inch flat-screen TVs, a small refrigerator, and a microwave. Complimentary WiFi is offered in all room types. Guests can take a refreshing plunge in the surfboard-shaped resort-style pool or get a workout in the on-site fitness center. Great price for a large room/suite for 2 adults and 2 kids. Buses to parks were great and very frequent. Lots of eating and places to shop walkable from resort. Highly recommend for a universal trip!!!

Enjoyed the stay with my son & family! Love the shuffling to the parks! Everything was in walking distance. Food at the hotel was good as well! Well definitely stay again!

Great location. Shuttle service to the parks were frequent. The pool and bar area were nice. Loved the Starbucks in the lobby! We had a suite so the room was nice and spacious too. Would recommend.

Kids loved the pool and arcade. It was convenient having Starbucks downstairs. The 2 ladies working when we checked in were so friendly and delightful. Easy check out process. Breakfast crew were also very delightful and happily replaced a breakfast my daughter ended up not liking. The early access shuttle was frequent and very convenient.

The rooms were so clean and amazing they clean them constantly for you, staff was really nice but some of them don’t speak english like cleaning staff so you have better luck asking first floor memebers. The pool was clean and everything was beautiful, laundry was cheap and easy to figure out, food services were really good! Uber+ Uber eats is also really cheap in this area because you’re close to everything. Zero complaints loved it!

Our stay was awesome! We were welcomed by young lady at the front desk by the name Maria. We arrived 6/17 about 9:30ish in the evening. Maria was so welcoming explained about the amenities the hotel had to offer. I asked her about Epic universe and she gave us tips about the park which worked like a charm! Thanks to her we navigated the park easily! She was awesome. So thank you Maria!

There’s a Walgreens across the street, a 2 mins walk as there is a door at the front gate that grants you access to the street. The buses were super convenient and quick, never waited more than 5 mins at all hours of the day. Overall VERY satisfied with my stay here and would 100% stay here again.
